I used to get a loaf of bread every week from here, it was $10, which I thought was reasonable for SF prices. Given that the best, Tartine, is at $13. Now, they’ve gotten greedy and started raising their prices. I asked them and they cited cost-of-living and Ingredients going up. That may be true because their 20% increase made my weekly cost of living higher, but I know the cost of flour has not gone up 20%. With their double dipping of “sf mandates” - not a mandatory tax by the way - it becomes hard to justify supporting the business anymore from my perspective. Sadly I will no longer be getting bread from here with the increase in prices as of Jan’24.

There are many choices of croissant and patisserie. The croissants are flaky and moist inside. The taste of the butter used is premium. Love it. Price is a little above usual pastry but worthed. This is one of my pastry shops choice when in downtown.

Thank God for the manager! She fixed the issue with a free slice of bread pudding. Thank you ma'am because I was walking out in tears from the customer service I just received!

Love their patisseries - few places in the city do them at this level. Seating can be tight here, and the neighborhood is not great (hence 3 stars for atmosphere), but generally the food makes up for it.

Pastries looked amazing, but we’re not as tasty. Some of the empty tables were not cleaned after patrons left. A bit disappointing.

They are a block down from my office and I am a fan of theirs. Love their pastries, I am yet to try all of them but haven't found one that I don't like. But their french macaroons are just fabulous.

We found One65 just on the south side of Union Square on our last day in San Francisco. We split a ham and Gruyère cheese croissant and a Pistachio croissant. Both were amazingly buttery and flaky. The ham and Gruyère also had a Bèchamel sauce inside that made it a delicious breakfast sandwich. The Pistachio was filled with a Pistachio cream that was simply divine! Coffees were perfect strength. I only wish they had some plants or atmosphere for their sidewalk outdoor seating. Otherwise, I would have felt like I was in Paris!

This place has wonderful pastries. From croissants to individual size cake to country bread, they can do no wrong. Their plain croissant is the best in the city for me. All the cakes I’ve tried are divine. Sandwiches and savory dishes are perfect. You can’t really go wrong with any food item. The hot cocoa was too milky rather than chocolate-y and tea is also average. So their drinks I’ve tried are just okay. They do everything right anything food pastry. So so so good!

If I could give this place 20 stars I’d go for it! True top level chef pasticcerie, true French family owned, they bring art and food colture to San Francisco. I am Italian and I traveled extensively in my life in France and this place blew my mind. In a world of mediocrity, this place is a gem for quality of execution, taste and presentation. I’d eat here every day!

Craft cocktails were great, but the dinner was really disappointing. I went for a work dinner with a limited menu given the group size. I ordered the beet salad which was fine and the ribeye, which was one of the worst cuts I've seen. It was so fatty most of it was inedible, there were maybe 6 bites of meat and the rest was pure fat (not marbled) I told the waitress who said she would tell the chef, but no action was taken. The person next to me couldn't eat his steak either. For an upscale restaurant, I was truly surprised at the low quality and won't be back.

My favorite bakery in all of San Francisco. Just the way everything is displayed makes me want to buy everything. And on top of that, the food is excellent in quality and taste! I'm coming back to this place every time I'm in town.

Staying at SF for a week and I came here almost everyday for breakfast- trying different pastry. All I had were great! The chocolate banana croissant is fantastic!

They had a busy week because of a conference happening nearby, but all people working in this shop are very nice and patient.

Best coffee and pastries in San Francisco. I tried almost all the coffee shops in San Francisco. But I have never had such a wonderful experience. The taste of pastries and coffee was wonderful. It was like I was in heaven

Conveniently located near Union Square, One65 is a one-stop-shop for some of my favorites:
- Butter croissants
- Rose latte
- Smoked Salmon eggs Benedict
-beautifully crafted desserts
-paninis
-gift options: champagne + caviar + French macaroons

I am very surprised that Nutella/raspberry croissant is on the menu. I always skip it. Nutella has a rich distinct chocolate hazelnut flavor, raspberries are very tart. This creates an unbalanced flavor combination.

First time here, I was greeted by a very lovely woman. We talked desserts and the team that makes them. All very beautiful! I was pleasantly impressed by the blackberry earl grey mousse. I will never forget it. I recommend anyone to stop by here and just try something new, you won’t regret it! <3

Amazing coffee, pastries and breakfast! The eggs Benedict in a croissant was absolutely delicious! I’ve also had their egg omelette which wasn’t all that but their pastries and coffee was always perfection. Atmosphere was eh, great decor but eh. Service was great and the delicious meals and pastries that come out of the kitchen were definitely worth the 2nd and 3rd return to this place for coffee.

The ground floor is definitely worth going out of your way for delicious sweets and pastries; they are unreal.
