4Simply the worst place to get a loan no help with the Internet app beware of this place
Everytime I call they are busy and they take my name and number so they can call me back but never do. Tried to go inside the office and the doors were locked during business hours. I've been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 weeks
I want to thank Addison Canada for helping me. I've called multiple times and talked to different people, but I talk to Addison and she was able to get everything straight for me. She did it on the spot (over the phone) and fixed everything, that the lady I signed the original documents with, messed up. Thank you Addison for your help.
I applied 6 days ago, and still haven't received a call when I call the branch near me they just say wait my turn they will call me back but never did horrible customer service even the 1800 number couldn't give me an answer
