These are high interest loans, they definitely are needed in certain situations. The manager has been so helpful since the day I showed up in one of THOSE situations. He and the staff there have been super understanding and non judgemental when I've had times where I needed more time to pay. They work with you and really care about making things work on your behalf.

I am not a fan of OneMain as a company. At all. I regret having ever gotten a loan there. THAT BEING SAID, when I was trying to get my loan reworked so I could turn it from Secured to Unsecured, Chuck and Tammy at the Oroville office were the kindest, most understanding, hard-working people and helped present me with multiple options and explained everything to me. I may not like their corporate people, but the ones in the Oroville office were fantastic and made the process so much less painful than I expected it to be. THANK YOU!
