Oneworld Business Lounge reviews
15There are various spaces available, and you can choose according to your usage style. If you want to sleep, we recommend the seats in the back where you can stretch your legs and relax. This time, my flight was in the afternoon, so I didn't take a shower and headed back home.
Lots of seats cramped in one massive area. Very few charging ports available for the number of seats available. Cleanliness is B+. Service is a B. Food is very average.
The automatic pan cake machine was very unique. Larger and more comfortable than AA Flagship Lounge. There is no window to the runway.
The lounge is a great addition to the lounge portfolio at LAX Terminal B (Tom Bradley) and a solid lounge for the business class traveler on Oneworld. It's mainly branded for Qantas, British Airways, and Cathy Pacific, all of which have busy operations at LAX.
Access is also granted for those flying business class on oneworld and t those with Saphire and above status flying on oneworld. Having said that, it does tend to get really crowded. It is large and with good decor elements and catering.
No doubt, it's a great lounge to spend time despite no tarmac views.
Hi I lost my iPhone 12 Pro Max here on July 1. Can anyone leave a contact info for me…? Thanks
What a great staff maintaining this lounge! Everyone is so kind here, and a decent spread of food options glutinous to healthy.
Use at the boundary between morning and lunch. It was a pity that the pancake automatic cooking machine was broken. I want to use it next time.
I was satisfied with sparkling wine, lots of vegetables that I was missing, and my favorite pork bean.
There aren't many dishes, but rice is served on board, so it's just right.
Relaxing chairs were filled with popularity. I want to use the comfortable chair next time ^ ^
A pleasant space in itself, but very limited refreshment options compared with United and BA lounges I have enjoyed elsewhere - soda fountain cold drinks, no variety of either savoury or sweet snacks, and an odd selection of tea options. Marble tables were chipped, my leather chair had a tear in it and bathroom sinks had taps so far from the auto sensors that the water turned off when you put your hand under it… Needs some loving care and attention both in terms of upkeep and refreshment options.
Great lounge. Ample space, nice ambient music, good hot food options, showers, clean, and we’ll staffed.
I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I entered the lounge, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who provided exceptional customer service throughout my stay.
The lounge itself was spacious and well-designed, with comfortable seating areas and plenty of room to relax or work. I particularly enjoyed the variety of seating options, from cozy armchairs to sleek workstations, which catered to a range of needs and preferences.
As a coffee lover, I was delighted to find that the lounge served great coffee.
In addition to the fantastic coffee, the lounge offered a selection of premium brands and amenities.
Average lounge, buffet style.
Beverage bar with a wide variety.
The food of the lot. Nothing to highlight.
Very nice lounge with lots of room. Food selection was very expansive and wine is self serve. Staff was very friendly. Impressed.
Disappointed in this lounge. It’s old, tired, and ho hum. The wine is mediocre. When I asked for a drink made with sweet red vermouth the bartender said he didn’t have it and that it was in the first class lounge. We opted to eat salads to avoid heavy foods. I noticed a bowl of imitation bacon bits as toppings for salad. Really? The latch on the handicap stall in the ladies room didn’t work. There were 6 chairs that had footstools/ottomans. The rest of the seating was not that great if one was going to be using the lounge for an extended time. I hope this area gets updated and made into something special. We were excited about our trip in business class and this lounge was not special.
Of course, it can't be comparable to the Cathay Lounge in Hong Kong airport but this lounge is already blessed great. Resuming again to fly CX after the release of travel restrictions into Hong Kong. Lot of travelers nowadays and ya, can't wait to say hello to Hong Kong again in 16+ hours later.
