Absolutely horrendous shipping times. I could have ordered a gyropalooza box from any other company and received it by now but made the mistake of choosing otb. Just got an email stating that they haven't even gotten around to shipping it yet. But of course they printed a shipping label the night before it was supposed to release just to make it look like they did.
I just want to say the customer service the knowledge just straight up overall amazing guys an amazing store You have a forever customer in me.
Only the 2nd time in 4 years that an order has come with cardboard backing to ensure it doesn't bend when shipped. Came 2 days earlier than expected.
