Food is good along with large portions. However, the cook behind the counter was not wearing his mask (around his neck). Even after I requested the cook to wear his mask, he only covered his mouth and not his nose. Good food, but too much risk.

Good food but for some reason they are to cheap to give you extra teriyaki sauce whike on this pandemic

I like to get the katsu and bbq combo here. It's enough to share or have enough leftovers for 2-3 meals. You get rice, Mac salad, chicken katsu, BBQ beef, bbq chicken, and big portions. Also the musubi are 2 pieces so good for a snack if you don't want a full meal.

Island style food that fills you up with meat, rice and vegetables for relatively fair price. Decor is family style, casual. Friendly staff and clean duning room. Try the plump and fresh Island Whitefish or the Island Spicy Chicken!

Large portions at very reasonable prices. Made fresh in minutes. To cut down on the carbs, try your favorite dish "Aloha"style.

Good amount of food, clean, organized, practicing social distance rules. BUT their chicken katsu is terrible, very rubbery consistency and just tasted like oil. Don't buy cheap chicken. I can't buy from them anymore, Sorry.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere and a self-serve condiment center on the side. You can get a little cup of teriyaki sauce and or Katsu sauce (with lids for takeout).

Big plates, awesome servings. 2 platters fed 3 adults. Reminds me of hawaii in every bite. Also, they got POG. (Passion fruit - orange - guava) Get it and you won’t regret it.

I love this chain of restaurants, but not this location. Been there twice and was left feeling dissatisfied.

5 stars because they offer healthier options, such as chicken breast and green salad instead of mac salad/rice.

The menu and service were beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed the environment of this place. Excellent spot to take my family out for dinner.

Big portions of chicken, which I typically order, so I am not reviewing beef cuts or the fish options. Parking spaces are limited, though. It's popular with locals.

Good stuff. Except note that parking can be challenging. May have to park in mall at back and walk over.

We found this gem when our original destination was too crowded, and we were so glad! The staff was super friendly, the wait time was shirt, the portions were generous for the price, and everything we ordered was delicious! The favorites were the katsu chicken with teriyaki sauce and the pulled pork.

I love this place for Hawaiian BBQ. I'm not a nutritionist but I consider it a healthier alternative to a burger place. Staff are friendly and portions are generous. I do NOT go away hungry.

Service was Quick. The price was ok. The preparation of the Items I Order and The Size Was really Surprising. The Overall Attitudes Of The Lady, Who took I Order, was Good. I am Going Back.

Ono in Serramonte was the best. I ordered the mix bbq and it was tasty and juicy. The asian salad is good too. Try it!

I first came here when visiting my brother at SFSU. This was the Daly City location and it blew me away the food was so filling and delicious I recommend going to this location over the other due seating capacity and wait time which isn't bad just it can be.

Went in for some lunch which I was so happy I did because I love the food and there qas not wait. In and out in 10 mins. Place was clean Customer service was great. Thank you Ono Hawaiian
