Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Lake Elsinore CA

All I can say is. DELICIOUS! I can't believe I have waited so long to eat here. The menu offers a wide variety of options and nothing disappoints.

This business S currently using all precautions against covert 19 the place is very clean there is plenty of parking all the food is still cook fresh lots of cold beverage selections and they still have coconuts or coconut juice I like all of the science were if you have no mask there is no service and they are also practice in social distancing

This place is such a nice change from burgers and fries. In my opinion the shrimp are a go to choice every time.

Super clean! Unfortunately at the time I went there it was just really busy took a lot to get my food.

While the staff is always friendly, I got food poisoning 2 days ago. It was the macaroni salad bc I was the only one who ate that from my group. I'm sorry, I wish I could leave a better review.

I was very excited to happen upon this place yesterday. The menu that's very intriguing. We went in to order. I am a person who only eats white meat chicken and always asks before ordering whether or not the chicken they are serving in particular dishes is made with white meat The.cashier assured me that in fact all the dishes are made with white meat. We picked up our food to go only to drive to lake Elsinore to sit and eat it. When I opened the box I was astonished to see that the chicken in fact was all dark meat. I found it to be very rubbery and totally inedible. I will not be returning to your restaurant. Apparently your cashiers are ill-trained. And seemingly don't even know what you are serving. What a waste of over $10.

Even if the food was good the cashier Michelle was the downfall. Extremely rude and unfriendly. When my fiancé asked if one of the chicken items were hot she was sarcastic about saying “no it’s just chicken” and seemed like it was out of her way to answer since this was our first time. Definitely would not come back because of her.

We asked for a side of rice and a side teriyaki and they said they dont do that. I replied I've done it here before. They said not here. So I left being called a liar

It's soooo extremely good here 10/10 recommend the portion sizes are huge definitely worth it and the atmosphere here is just great

Very clean, friendly staff and environment. The food was hot and fresh. The establishment had an A rating posted on the door and it is very well deserved!

I love the Flavors and large portions. The Grilled Mahi Mahi is the Best! Keep going back we're hooked.

Food was good accept for too much cabbage more broccoli with smaller amount of cabbage would please the pallet much more. Good price for the serving size. Service was also good. Definitely worth trying!

Food was good and employees were pleasant. Giving 4 stars as I am a little thrown off that they don't have Loco Moco which is a Hawaiian staple. Would go more frequently if this was on the menu.
