Update - Sept 13,2023. No one has reached to me yet from Ontario VW. This the value they give to unsatisfied customers once they have your money.

Brought in my car, after purchasing used from Audi Ontario, for no sound from the radio. Turns out that a VW subwoofer, along with the wiring harness, had been added to the car after purchase. My complaint is it took your team $1,900 of technician time to find out that the subwoofer was missing, the reason for no sound. I think your techs should have been able to detect this faster. $1,900 is A LOT of money for us regular people.

UPDATE - August 15. No call back yet or any communication from Earl Reed after send him an email the very next day. This must not be an important issue for him.

Iv been a customer at Ontario Vw for sometime and always had the best service. Jimmy sure did take care of my car and make sure I was satisfied he’s always a great help. Michael also helped me into my courtesy car and explain all the details, service at Ontario hands down the best and why I continue to own a Vw for so many years. Thank you both again.

Jimmy is the best Service Advisor there is at Ontario VW! Always gives the best customer service and attention to detail. Never disappointed when I bring my car in. Overall good service within the whole service department.

I gave this rating because when I called to schedule this emergency appointment the advisor told me to bring it in the next day - I apologized and said I could not. I need my car for work and needed it operational. She then advised to bring it in later the same morning. I said sure, but I was already on my way to work and decided to just take it in. I was checked in within 5 minutes of my arrival by Michael I believe and my car was completed and done by 2P that same day. Thank you Michael, Steven and the service department for working on my car and completing the necessary repair.

Victoria made our experience a breeze. We are so thrilled with our new Tiguan. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

James (Jimmy) Willhide was very friendly and offered excellent customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable.

I walked in to test drive a new EV and was greted by a sales manager. He was friendly and helpful and was not the usual pushy salesman. At the end, I left without purchasing and the salesman did not make any aggressive last minute pitches. I appreciate the no pressure sales approach and would come back in the future.

The service department is inconsistent to the findings of what my vehicle break condition is. I went a few weeks ago for a recall and was told the front breaks were at 2mm and I just went last week for another maintenance service and now was told that the front breaks were now at 4mm. HOW DO BREAKS GROW!? !? !? This to me seems like service techs/ VW trying to take advantage of their customers instead of taking care of them and treating them with respect.

If I could rate less I would. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my experience. After less than 6months owning the car the check engine light went on. Took it to dealer, they said not to worry it’s covered. At the end of their diagnosis they handed me a bill for one hour of labor claiming the problem is from and “outside force”. They blamed “bad fuel”. I only purchase top tier certified fuel at the standard rating specified by VW. So basically they are calling me a liar. I will never purchase another VW in my life and will only spread that same sentiment to my friends and family. Shame on you for not backing your product & warranty.

Stephen was just extremely welcoming and efficient! As soon as I arrived he was making his way out to greet me - a great touch!
