14 Impossible to communicate with this company. All I want is latest information on drop box locations or find out if we can drop packages at their nearest hub. You can only chat with an automated service if you have a tracking number, the phone number they provide is always busy, their FAQ isn't the least bit helpful, and there isn't any email communication, other than subscribing to their ". Latest insights and industry research. ". So I can't even complain to them.
Rebranded website is only putting lipstick on a pig. Brighter and better looking, but still the same ineptitude of a company.
Horrible. There is no one to help or contact online or over the phone. I tried for a week to simply update an address to make sure they had the right address, cause the tracking said it was being delayed and held up. Everyday I updated the system by phone and filled out the stupid online inquiry and it never updated. I finally decided to go to the location my package was being held and either pick up my package or update the address in person. I was the only person in there and it took them over an hour to retrieve my package. One guy came by and spoke with me and I could tell he was embarrassed. The employees walking in and out of the office looked like transients and smelled like marijuana. I know it's legal, but dam obviously your not hiring the right people based on the reviews. If low cost, means terrible customer service then I pray you go out of business. I will not order another product that uses your company as the shipper!
A delivery service like the USPS and other mailing company. Has always delivered my package on the day it's arriving.
Absolutely the worst company. Can’t talk to a live person. Only texting and too many people involved in the issue so you never get a true feeling you’re being heard and resolved. The delivery people are lazy and don’t make an effort to deliver the package unless it’s a simple access. Totally unreliable and not capable of realizing they are at fault and have issues.
Maintenance, Dept. Double Work -no parts Cage-, No pm time. Bad unfair Wage. HR is Not involved. Must travel to other Sites
Why is this company so unprofessional and incompetent at times? I provided detailed instructions after a failed delivery (that somehow we never saw an attempt for). I spoke to someone in length regarding it would be delivered promptly. I just got a “addresses rejected package, returning to sender” notification? ! I didn’t reject any packages. You HAD a gate code. All you have to do is place it at my front door. Talk about an absolute abomination of customer service and execution. You’re a logistics company, right? I would emphasize deliveries actually making it if that’s the case. Utter embarrassment!
My package has been delayed 2 weeks. The info says I refused the package 3 different times which NEVER happened. It always said it would be redelivered the next day. One time it say it had been delivered at 1pm (I was checking status at 12: 30). I have left multiple messages on their customer service portal with no response. There have been no updates for the past 3 days. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
This company recruits groups of people almost every day! That speaks volumes. No one stays because they don’t care about their associates, it’s like a sweat shop and the warehouse is very unsafe to work in. The pay is not worth it at all. Look for a job elsewhere, I promise you!
I received notification that this company would be delivering my package. I submitted a question to customer service through their online form about delivery instructions and options. I was trying to plan ahead because of my work schedule and lack of secure areas to leave my package. I never received a response. I tracked my package for 3 days and there had been no updates. Two days later, I get a notification from the company where I placed my order, that my package had been delivered. My package was left outside during one of the heaviest rainstorms of the season by OnTrac. I got zero notifications from the company. Luckily I was home and got my package in time before things were completely ruined.
Worst delivery service probably ever and it’s my first time having them, my package was ordered from fanatics and went to 2 facilities perfectly fine before the Fontana “OnTrac” facility received it, after they had it it’s been sitting for 5 days with no update they gave me the run around saying I cannot pick up when I contact a rep, I show up at the location anyways and on the door a sign says “customer pick ups here” so they lied. But anyways I sat in the office for a few minutes, they came out and told me my package was lost and I need to contact the seller, they gave me a label for a box but no product like the box didn’t already go through 2 other facilities and sent me on my way like that resolved anything
Tbh, working here was actually pretty awesome! I loved the managers and leads, and it was great! Met some awesome people there too!
Worst delivery service ever I don't know how this company is still business. I had another Christmas present delivered from the same company which was miss handled again. Is a delivery driver handled my package like a rag doll, Floating Like a football pass. I really wish we could upload video proof here
Terrible service, my order is delayed and no explanation why, I went to the warehouse and nobody there to help me, I will not order anything from companies that use ON TRACK DELIVERY SERVICES
Never received my package on Oct 21,2022 even though it says delivered. I contacted the company regarding my item and still waiting for the response. The company says will talk to carrier where he left the package and go to the facility. Our property have lockers where carrier such as fedex, ups, ontrac and so forth can place bulk packages in the lockers. Upon reviewing the cctv footage in our property, the carrier never place the item but place main lobby/receptionist which we don’t have in our property. We have leasing office which is already closed at 6: 00pm but package delivered at 6: 40pm. I’m still surprised that it took that long even though it was out for delivery at 9: 00am. I’m 90% person stole by carrier and 10% delivered to the wrong address.
