Errol was great showing me around had a wide knowledgeable vocabulary and had no issue answering any of my questions, Josh was also great at explaining the financial aspect of my purchase, and helped me throughout any snags we might’ve come across, motorcycle was used but felt brand new their team definitely knows how to refurbish to the best of their abilities.

Have bought two bikes from Onyx now, working with Tania both times (and Kenny). Aprilia Tuono V4 and a Kawi ZX14R. Both low miles, in perfect condition, and absolute dreams to ride. No one has more quality bikes than these guys, and no one gets the bikes in better condition for sale. They are also extremely low pressure sales people - will legit talk you out of a purchase if it’s not right. Love this place. Can’t wait to drop in for my next purchase.

Stay away from this place if you're selling or buying your bike.on the buying side they add ridiculous fees on top off the advertising price and taxes and blah blah.like "$685 reconditioning fee", and "warranty", and other non existent charges. By the end of the purchase you're better off buying new.
On the selling side they quote you a number, you take the time to go down there waist gas and they already know they will offer you only what the auction will pay. Instead they should be upfront and tell you the auction offer before you waist your time. Bait and switch on both side of the transaction, buying or selling.

Stay away. There's honest places all over town that won't try to scam you with made up charges.

I have a great experience with ONYX MOTO selling my 2018 Honda CBR1000RR. I want special thanks to Mr. Xander. He was honest nice person and he arrived on time as he promised me. Everything went smooth as he promised me and I want to Thank you again and thank you ONYX MOTO!

Overall- I would 100% recommend this dealership! I feel like my story is an anomaly. I went to test drive (and buy) a 2020 Honda CB650r with 1,255 miles in it. It’s a new bike, yea? Remember this for later… so the test drive went well and we went ahead with the finance process. The whole process took over 4.5 hours, which is a lot of time, in my opinion, but that’s just me. I rode the bike home same day- a 7ish mile ride. The temp gauge started maxing out. So I turned the bike off for about 20 mins and let it cool off, thought maybe it was a fluke. It’s a brand new bike pretty much. I rode another 5ish miles and the temp gauge was totally maxed out, overheating, boiling noise in radiator, and leaking coolant from the overflow relief hose. I called the dealership and the service manager called me back telling me a tow was en route. The tow guy was awesome and the service manager was great. They ended up burping the coolant system and delivering my bike to my house about an hour later. So, they did a fantastic job of fixing their mistake! But, be aware, they made a mistake. Props to them for making it right in the best way possible! Thank you!

Had the pleasure working with Xander when I was selling my bike. Super professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He made the process go really smoothly.
