I own an onyx. It Initially came with some minor issues that I had repaired by them. At the same time I paid for and had them install a wiring harness and connected a blinker system. The harness was poorly installed in my opinion and a blinker broken upon delivery again. The blink only did 1 of 3 functions. Once I informed the CEO, he emailed me that he had done enough. He had gone out of his way. Rather than calling to try to come to an understanding he cut all communication except for replying to my owner reviews. I’ll fix my bike myself but for that kind of money. In my opinion, I’d give it a second thought.

I love the Onyx Crew. Stopped by one day for a group ride and 3 of their crew members (James Khatiblou (the CEO), Ken and Dusten (two amazing mechanics) jumped on my bike without me saying anything and they started tweaking my bike to perfection. I rode all the way from Baldwin Hills to their headquarters in Thousand oaks on their flagship Onyx RCR (42 miles+ inclines). Since my battery was at around half they just let me borrow another battery to continue my riding while they charged my battery for the ride back home. Big thanks to Kincaid for helping me load my bike when I bought it and for letting me rock his crazily amazing helmet. Another big thanks to the man who created this product Tim, thank you for organizing all the events and always asking for us to ride longer! This is the type of business that you want to do business with, they will take care of you for sure! Worth every penny!

What a great experience! Today was the day I've been waiting for for since I pulled the trigger and decided to splurge, I am so glad I did! I just picked up my bike and couldn't be happier. Got a full walkthrough and then took it for a test drive. I needed a hand lifting it onto my rack since I didn't have a ramp which they were more than willing to help with, strapped it down and drove away with a BIG smile on my face!

I had planned to ask for a full tour of the facility but admittedly, once they opened the doors and I laid eyes on my bike, I got full on tunnel vision and all I could think about was hopping on and twisting that throttle! Everyone in the shop was super friendly and took the time to introduce themselves even though they were hard at work trying to pump out more of these awesome little machines! They answered all my questions and really made the whole experience a professional yet personal one. If you are anywhere in the LA area it's a really easy to get to location, right off the 101 freeway.

Thanks again to everyone at the ONYX TO facility and to the entire ONYX Motorbikes team!

I live in LA. I got my RCR 2 years ago. I drove all the way to San Francisco just to pick it up. James helped me get the bike back home and it was really cool to see him at this new location. Mikala helped me setup a date and time to bring the bike in. It was a very nice experience when i came into the shop. The bike never came with turn signals, so i bought aftermarket turn signals from Amazon and added them to the bike, but i couldnt understand how to install them on the electrical side. I heard from word of mouth and from the ONYX emails that this shop opened (finally!) an hour away from LA in Thousand Oaks, a very nice area, so i decided to drive out there and get the turn signals installed. Up to this point, my bike had 3,000 miles on it. I had all my questions addressed from the speed to the headlight. The bike is now faster, safer, i even got other small fixes addressed: a wood cover fix, the wiring on the rear turn signals was managed very well, the hand brake tip covers, the added strap to secure the main power cable, everything was address and fixed. Amazing experience.

Shout Out to Justin, Joel, James, and Mikala. You guys are the best.
