My pup had a great experience at oops spa. She was a bit nervous at first but came out happy and looking/smelling fantastic. We will be back!

I love this place, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My dog looks and smells great. I’ve been to a few groomers in the area and Oops Pet is definitely my favorite groomer. Thank you for taking good care of my dog.

Nice to find another grooming salon that doe a good job with my dog. The salon is clean, and it’s easy to book an appointment, and the price is reasonable. My dog was ready in two hours.

I recently took my pet to this local groomer with high expectations. They don’t check for pets vaccine records, which is a huge red flag. After about a few days, my pup started having hair loss, a 103 fever, and scabbing on her skin.

We took her to the vet, and they told us that it would be caused by either the groomer not drying her completely, or picking up a skin bacteria. We told the vet that this particular groomer does not ask for vaccine records, and they confirmed that would’ve been the cause.

I’d highly recommend avoiding this place, and finding a more reputable groomer with a track record of a more hygienic practice.

I found this place just 2 days ago and had our first grooming today and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience overall. The two young ladies there were very nice and welcoming. The grooming was perfect, communication was amazing, not overly priced, and most importantly, they were very gentle and loving with my pup. Finding a good groomer is harder than most would think and after a terrible experience with my last groomer I was very selective. For anyone reading this bring your dogs here! You will not regret it.

Oops Pet is amazing. It provided the best service we have ever had in Irvine. My dog used to be a stray and is not the friendliest or easiest to handle. The Oops team displayed extraordinary patience and empathy. They not only helped me bath my dog but also did an incredible job cleaning his paws and cutting his nails (he hadn’t been cooperative in having this done for a really long time). His hair had overgrown, causing dirt, moisture, and irritations in his paws. After his bath at Oops, he must be feeling really comfortable. If I could, I would give 10 stars. I am thankful to have found Oops.

We took our German Shepherd in for the first time, our baby came back smelling so clean, paws were properly trimmed, her coat looked great, I really appreciate the staff, they did a great job. We will definitely be back when it's time.

They were so nice about getting my puppy a trim. My puppy Miso also really liked it there Will be coming back again!

The place was extremely clean and the staff showed nothing but kindness and patience. This was my dogs second time at a groomers, so I was worried after a horrific first incident elsewhere. When I picked him up, he was bathed and groomed really well! He came back smiling, happy, and overall seemed like he had a great time! Would definitely recommend this place!

Finding a groomer at a new area is definitely not easy but I’m lucky that I have found Oops Pet Spa. The booking system was clear and easy, they have lots of openings so we were able to book a haircut for my dog Toby just 3 days ahead. Staff was really friendly to me and Toby and she asked for our preferences of the cut. Service was good and also efficient, we picked up Toby after exactly 3 hours. Look how happy Toby is with his new haircut:)
