First time visitor and it was the best customer service i’ve had at any bike shop.i’m a newbie so i get overlooked but not this time.i was provided with great info and will definitely be coming back!

Friendly and was able to diagnose and fix an issue with my front derailleur that several other shops couldn't figure out.

It was such a pleasure having Jeff order the parts for my bike and Ian attaching the electronic shifting. I would highly recommend this bike shop. The staff has always went above and beyond to assist me.

Expert advice, friendly and helpful staff who know the area very well, and affordable tune-ups.

Was in town for a race and the day before had a little accident and bent my derailleur hanger. Took it here and they immediately put the bike on the stand and worked on it. In 15 minutes I was out of there! Very grateful for them understanding my sense of urgency. They are also super cool and you can see how passionate they are about bikes. Definitely recommend this store to anyone!

Just bought a Specialized Sirrus X 4.0 from Open Air. Customer service was fantastic. Originally the bike was $1,600 but I mentioned that the manufacturer site was listing the bike for $1279. The owner gave it to me for that price. While the shop is very cluttered with bikes and equipment I still highly recommend this shop. Thank you Open Air.

I was in Ventura for a couple days and wanted to rent a bike. The 1st place I called wanted to charge me $100/day for a clunker. Instead, OpenAirBicycles gave me a fantastic Niner MTB with electronic gearshift/seat dropper (a $12k bike) for just $50/day. They also gave me a helmet and mounted, upon my request, a phone holder on the handlebar. Very friendly, competent and fair. Probably the best bike-renting experience I had in the past 10 years!
