Bought a suite of kitchen appliances and Sean took great care of us. He also followed-through to get us additional parts (e.g, special handles for built-in refrigerator). Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience. We purchased a beautiful professional oven/range for a fraction of retail. When we thought there was a problem, Shawn was quick to put the wheels in motion for a service call and to honor his warranty. As it turned out, the range was fine and the only problem was user error! Next time we have a major appliance go out, we will be sure to visit Shawn again for our replacement. Honest company with great prices and great service.

It’s hard to find kitchen appliances in stock but this place has them. Despite the name they carry many new appliances. For instance they are a True appliances dealer (think fancy sub-zero). After having a look at dozens of options i opted for an open box sub zero pro. I saved $12k compared to retail price and still have the same factory warranty, but got some excellent True drawers that share the same all stainless interior and exterior look.

My experience with the gentleman at this shop was great- he was knowledgable, not pushy and helpful. We ended up purchasing a Bosch dishwasher, Thermador wine column, and a 48" Viking range. The salesman assured me that the wine column was brand new and had only been used as a display and that the Viking range had come out of a remodel, was about 12 years old but was in excellent working condition (which I believed since it looked very clean and well taken care of).

We purchased these appliances to be used in our home that was to be built in Idaho that fall. Unfortunately, once the appliances were installed, we ran into issues with the 2 more expensive items- the wine column and the Viking range. I called the store several times to see if he had recommendations or if something might be installed incorrectly, but I didn't get a returned call. I had to have someone come out and service the wine fridge because it wasn't cooling and between parts and service that was around $300. In order to get the Viking range working, I've had to call out someone to service it twice for a total of $1,400 (we found out that the range is actually 23 years old, which would have been fine if it were in working order).

Needless to say, I would not recommend doing business here and am very disappointed that this company didn't return my calls or try to rectify the problem in any way.

I purchased a wine fridge, speed oven, wall oven, 6 burner range, trash compactor and downdraft all at one time. I’m disappointed to report the only item that has been without issue is the wine fridge. The owner knew a trim price to the sped over was missing at the time of purchase and assured us he would order it to be shipped asap. He reported ordering it at the time we purchased about 10 months ago, I’m still waiting for it to arrive. He reported delays due to Covid. I ended up calling the manufacturer and purchasing myself and it arrived promptly. The wall oven has been the largest issues of all. When the oven was installed and the oven door opened, the door would immodestly close, a major burn risk. I reported the issue to the owner and no response. I called the manufacturer and had about 7 visits to try and resolve the issue. Eventually, they agreed it wasn’t fixable. Later, the repair person noticed that the oven handle was probably swapped out at one point which made the door lighter so it wouldn’t stay down. Ultimately, I had to replace the oven at my expense. This issue probably took 20 calls, 8 visits and hours upon hours. We also had an unusable oven for 6 months. The trash compactor jammed within the first month and required a service call. The down draft draft had a nasty scratch across the stainless steel, the owner did order me a new piece but only after numerous calls and texts. I knew I was buying open box items but clearly these weren’t in good repair. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact the store owners via phone and text and haven’t received any good service. The money I saved was quickly spent on repair calls and that I had to buy a new wall oven that matched the opening left by the one I had to replace. Buyer beware. Some items are quality like our wine fridge and some aren’t. I won’t be back. The owner always promises to call
me back, fix the problem etc.and he hasn’t delivered. I’m not a person that leaves negative reviews easily but I don’t want to see others struggle like I have.

Fantastic Service, great follow up service. I had a set up issue on a Wolf Stove 1 year after I bought the Range. I called and they came out & repaired it. Best appliance store I have ever dealt with.
