3 If bicycle shops were competitively rated like races, OPEN ROAD would be the perennial Tour de France The owner Steve services EVERY BIKE PERSONALLY and repairs or upgrades all of them as if he would be riding them himself. His selection of bikes and accessories is the best and priced way below others, including online, and he is an award winning BIANCHI dealer.
Easy going and generous with his time, OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK, HE'S ABSOLUTELY THE BEST TUNER and a world-renowned road racer.
Looking through the prior reviews going back 10-12 years I can say everything still applies: Steve is super knowledgeable and very helpful. Open Road is a little out of the way but I always benefit from the trip.
Steve is fair, honest and prompt with repairs. He has deep knowledge about bikes, good advice, no upselling and bike-snobbery!
