Check your receipts when their servers are "down". I went in to make a payment when their servers weren't functioning they only charged me 40 of 50 dollars. I checked my previous receipt before the payment I made when their servers were down and checked my latest receipt (after severs were down) took a good look, did the math, they only charged 40 of 50 dollars.

Terrible service. Their pre approved loan letters are nothing but lies

So. Basically my husband and I came to this location because he received a letter in the mail saying he was approved for a loan for up to $1,600 with low payments every two weeks. All he needed to take in was the letter they sent him, check stub & I. D. Well.all bulls***. After completing the application process and him providing all the documentation they asked for.they said he needed to wait 1-2 hours for a text that would let him know how much he would be approved for-
Everything was bull.
Another thing. The women at this place were very unprofessional and one in particular was RUDE as f***. Maybe she doesn't have kids or doesn't hope to have kids one day but she was so rude and unfriendly when telling me to tell my 3 year old daughter to leave the light switch alone. What a b****.
She had glasses and looked as if she hasn't got laid in a LONG time or maybe I am wrong and she was just HIGH!

Nice and pleasant, I came for information on what Oportun was and I got all the answers I needed. Plus I got approved for a personal loan. Thanks a lot. I would recommend your establishment to my friends and family.
