Staff was friendly, courteous, and explained thoroughly to my questions. Good selection of fashionable frames. Online or phone scheduling and reminder text message was convenient.

Very nice service though couldn't find my insurance plan but help provide useful advices.

I love this place. Everyone is polite and attentive. Joanne is great. She gives a comprehensive evaluation of your eye exam. I felt super relaxed and comfortable while doing the exam also can’t express how appreciative I am of how much they care about making sure everything was all right with my eyes and my overall well-being.

I’ve been going here for years now and it’s always great every time. The staff and doctors are very friendly and helpful. Everything is done super quick at an amazing price. Highly recommend!

Great office. Doctors explain everything in detail and helped me get my contact lens prescription. Front desk were very efficient in their job too.

My second time being here, the gentleman and the lady at the counter I have forgot his and her name unfortunately was so helpful. I didn't have an appointment but they were nice enough to squeeze me in when there was availability. Was able to get an updated prescription and even got some frames. Services were covered by insurance so it was affordable.
Will definitely come back to get my contact lenses exam done.

Julie was very friendly and quick with my eye exam, and was able to explain every question that I had, and Renée very friendly and helpful instructing me about putting my contacts in and out, and working out my insurance. 10/10!

Just wanted to write about my experience at Optikos Optometry. I came here because my glass frame broke in the morning time while I was at work. I made an appointment for the next day and went in. I explained my situation and told them I just needed a new frame. Renee helped me try to find my old frame but unfortunately, it was out of stock. Renee suggested that we try to find a similar frame and that's what we did. Chris was ale to save my old lens and place it in my new frame. The process took about 20 minutes. I am very grateful for Renee and Chris during my little emergency! After experiencing this, I know where to go when I have my glass emergency. Big shoot out to Renee and Chris again!

Always a good experience here. Been utilizing their services for 4-5 years now. Most recently visited for a contact exam and fitting. Renee was super helpful with showing me all the tips and tricks to donning and doffing them. Thanks everyone!

Renee was extremely helpful and kind. Not only did she help me pick out my glasses while being extremely patient, but she went the extra mile when I thought I’d left a really important bracelet and helped me find it!

Renee is best trainer ever! It’s my first time wearing lenses and she was being so helpful, caring, and patient with me. She gives very clear instructions and detailed recommendations.

I want to recommend Dr. Julie-I literally pass hundreds of eye doctors from my W LA area to head to her location in Mid Wilshire. Worth the extra 20 mim! I have been to a few ophthalmologists/other optometrists but my issue with most others was either the expensive price for dry eye treatment or that this service was not comprehensive. Dr. Julie’s Dry Eye package is amazing and priced well for her clients. She will also make a video of your eye lids to show you the clogged glands. She will use all the tools, the Mibo & IPL, the eye lid massages and UV rays; eye lid expresión. Get the dry eye package. If you are prepping for eye surgery this would also be wise to do first before LASIK or post treatment. -Josh

Renee was the best. Based on the few glasses I looked at, she was quickly able to determine my taste and showed me some great options. She was very approachable and detailed. She was helpful from the beginning to the the end. I would highly recommend her if you are planning to purchase glasses.
