Optima Health - Crestline

The few times that I have been to the Crestline location has always been very pleasant, friendly, helpful, responsive. I highly recomend Optima Health in Creatline before heading off the mountain for health care!

Dr. Tadros is great! She takes the time to listen to you about your health and she is very easy to talk to. Making suggestions and always asking if you have questions or need anything just let her know. Samantha and Allison are wonderful always greeting with a cheerful voice and willing to do whatever they can to help. Best of all we still have Juliette a familiar face that is amazing!

Dr. Tadros is the best and most caring doctor I have ever met.and I see a lot of doctors for my health conditions! I was so overwhelmed and confused with my worsening symptoms before I met Dr. Tadros. I was ready to give up after years of seeing different doctors. She really had a lot of patience, consulted with specialists about rare conditions, and took the time to investigate until we figured out what what was going on. She never hesitated with the multiple referrals and paperwork needed. I am so grateful!

Friendliest staff and doctors! My husband and I recently had our yearly physical. I was seen by Dr. Tadros. She really takes her time and listens. They have the convenience of doing bloodwork in the office she is also able to do a woman’s yearly check up (pap). I even brought my six year old in for a quick ear check. Even though she has a pediatrician dth, it’s great to have someone local you can trust!

This doctor’s office is fantastic. I’ll miss doctor Bramson but the staff is really warm and welcoming and more than willing to help me with anything I need. Samantha and Allyson go above and beyond to help me with appointments here or with specialists. Plus, they still do blood work in the office!

Such a caring set of doctors and staff, They are always there willing to help and answer any questions. Obviously sad that Dr. Bramson has retired, but the new doctors who have taken over have been more than wonderful!

Dr. Tadros & the staff are OUTSTANDING! Our family hasn’t felt this cared for by a doctor & staff for years. Anytime I call with questions or requests, I typically have response back within an hour if not by the end of business that day. Dr. Tadros allows for us to be involved in our own health plans & decisions, which I can say has not been our experience with health care providers prior switching to what was Dr. Bramson but is now Optima Health in Crestline. Such a wonderful addition to our mountain community. If you are teetering on switching providers to join this office, don’t hesitate because you won’t regret it. My only hopes is that our continued care by Dr. Tadros can last as long as Dr. Bramson did for many residents here on the mountain.

The office is impeccable, the doctors are amazing but the staff is sooooo incredibly kind, approachable, informative and even FUN! Go figure. Samantha and Allison work as a good team in the front office… dedicated… need a raise! Lol thanks Optima!

The doctors care about the community and patients. The office staff is THE BEST AROUND! Great place. Highly recommend.

They were all very nice. Dr. Bramson will be missed, but I think this new group of doctors will be very good for the community.

This has been my doctor’s office for 10 years and the new doctors and staff are caring and thorough. I highly recommend!

Overall a very good experience. Dr. Tadros answered all of my questions and concerns. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The staff was great the receptionists were very helpful and answered all my questions. Very pleased that they have their own lab and are able to draw blood. Will definitely recommend to anyone in search for an office.

Isamar is very helpful and speaks fluent Spanish, which helpful with a lot of patients in this community.

This isn’t Dr Bramson anymore it’s a new set of 3 doctors. Dr Sharobeim is the owner, he doesn’t thoroughly exam patients.

A glorified prescription writer, prescribed 3 blood pressure medicines at the same time. Cares more about his records than the patients.

Great visit. Staff is still wonderful. Dr. Tadros took a lot of time with me. Glad they took over for Dr. B
