Dr. Juan Chavez is great. Best personalized and thorough health care you can get! A-Z evaluation and they care about their patients. The support team is great, JZ has really helped me get my diet and exercise in order.

Moment of Truth: They say it takes 30 days to learn a new habit. It took me 60 days to solidify my routine and I am happy to say I finally got it down. I got my grocery list in order; I meal prep every weekend. I work out 5 days a week. I have got so many healthy options in my fridge and pantry. I'm overall grateful for the impact the JZ fitness program has been on my life. I was worried at first when I started the program, but the truth is, I've learned to enjoy salads and veggies. I even discovered beats a week ago at the farmers market and now I eat it every day with my salads. I'm learning new recipes every day and I can see the shift in my whole family. My Husband and kids now eat with me and it just makes life so much easier.:) So, to you my friend, I give you your flowers! Thank you again for everything!

My son has been a client of Optimal Medical Group for a few months now. He is only 16 years of age and has learned so much of how to not only lose weight but be healthy and feel better. They have a 12 week weight loss program which initially people would go to lose weight, but in that timeframe, my son has spoken with their lifestyle coach JZ every week, And dropped 20 lbs of fat and maintained lean muscle mass in 12 weeks. He is continuing to thrive, and I love the way they’re handling somebody his age. We are very pleased with the results and with the professionalism of this team.

Optimal medical group has changed my life… in every aspect. To start they both are the most amazing and caring Doctors I’ve encountered, they really want the best overall health for you and that’s very hard to find these days. Started with the hormone program, joined the weight loss program almost a year ago and upped to the full service about 6 months ago. There are many references to which one can learn fitness, but I’ve been following Jennifer Zerling for several years now, and she is the industry leader.
