The office staff very rudely turned me away with a head injury/possible concussion because it happened at my school where I work. Told the lady I didn’t need workers comp and wanted to use my own insurance but they didn’t care and wouldn’t let me be seen. Be wary if you’re coming in for a possible concussion, they don’t care and would rather send you away with a head injury then have you be seen with your own insurance that they do take.

Everyone has been great from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors. They've made me feel safe and understood and unjudged as a patient

Nurse Practitioner Laura McEwan is a gifted healer. Her medical and interpersonal skills are remarkable and a visit with her is a throwback to the days when physicians had the time to truly get to know their patients. She has gone out of her way to help me, especially when a complicated system seemed impenetrable as I moved toward surgery.i have never had such a wonderful practitioner. She deserves more than 5 stars.

I see both Dr Agatep and Nurse practitioner Laura McLain. Both wonderful doctors with good bedside manners. Dr Agatep is a great diagnostician. The girls at the office are ver nice too.

Horrendous wait for urgent care. Long wait in waiting room and then again in office. Reminded us of being in ER wait rooms. 2 hours and not seen by Doctor. We gave up.

Appreciated the time spent with me. No rush to move on to the next patient, answered all my questions, and took care of some issues that came up on lab work! Dr. Brand was great!

We have always received the best care at this location. Dr Agatep is #1 best Doctor ever! He is wonderful for sports injuries, very informative.

I've been using these health professionals for over 10 years. Quality of care is excellent. Dr. BLAND is my doc and he has served me well. You form a relationship with your doctor and his staff at small/med clinics like these. I highly reccomend them!

I hate having to go to the doctor but I love coming to this office. Very clean, small, and every doctor I have seen here has been awesome. Especially Dr. Agatep. Super knowledgeable, down to earth, thorough and helpful. I’ll always come back here

I have had the best care at this place. The Dr and medical assistants are amazing and they really care. Dr Sights sat down and went over everything with me and was so kind. The office is super clean.

My primary Physician is Dr Howard Bland. He is very knowledgeable; current/up to date on the latest everything. Excellent bedside manner! That holds true for Every Doctor at this clinic. They are all extremely professional Caring Caregivers.
In today’s world—especially in healthcare— it is rare that the busy professional will devote extra time to you, or go the extra mile. These Doctors do that. And they do it with a smile.and genuine warmth.

We have been coming here for over 12 years although dif doctors come and go NP Carbon awso I would highly recommend

I’ve always received good care here when my regular Physician is not available. Visit time is usually an hour from start to finish. Physicians are understanding and have the ability to look back over your history.

Been there for a few times at urgent care. I couldn't be happier with the way I'm treated and cared for. Don't hesitate to stop by if you needed a quick check up! Everyone I met is friendly and caring

This place is a treasure. I’ve always been seen in a reasonable amount of time. The staff and doctors are very friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.
