Optum - Lake Elsinore Primary Care

The staff here is top notch, I watch the woman in front of me just start pulling out paperwork. There was no order, not even nicely stacked just random pieces of paper and the manager calmy and so nicely helped her walk through her paperwork never getting frustrated and explained. What she needed to bring back for the next appointment. Helped her with all of her questions and never lost her smile. In a situation that could have been incredibly frustrating and annoying she totally kept her cool.

Have been a patient for years since he was the towns favorite on Riverside Drive. But, since he sold his practice to the corporation, it's impossible to reach him or leave him a message. The new corporate staff will tell you NO. It's completely different now. It's no longer going to the town doctor. He works for the corporation now not the patients. The new office staff is very rude. Keeping in case of emergency visit necessary for my medical condition only as a last resort.

Front office female is super rude. Disregarded my situation and urgent need for an appointment and even though an appointment was available she refused to give it to me because “we don’t give same day appointments to new patients” she kept lying and when I would point it out she would say, “we don’t do that”. She got so condescending, I know the doctor is great but the front office, the face of the office, is ruining it

DON’T GO HERE. If I could give it zero stars, I would! As you can see the last reviews were from over a year ago. The nursing staff at this facility lacks the proper decorum to intake and treat veterans that suffer from PTSD and or anxiety. This stems from the office supervisor Berly Torres. Berly Torres sets the tone for her staff and shown me through our one encounter, she lacks what is needed as a leader. They also lack empathy and HONESTLY pure customer service. I was told not to try and retrieve healthcare services at this facility but do to my lack of mobility. This was the closest location to my primary residence.
