Optum Urgent Care reviews
17Was hesitant at first since I was use to Healthcare Partners, didn't know what to expect when I went in. The moment I went in they were very helpful at the cubicle where they take your temperature to the front desk to the nurse and Dr Drummond was very nice and helpful. I was very pleased that the staff was as friendly as HealthCare Partners. Definitely recommend this urgent care.
Very fast professional urgent care have been coming here for about 15yrs always a pleasant experience used to be healthcare partners
Optum personnel has always been polite, considerate, helpful and professional. I would strongly recommend Optum to everyone.
Respectfully Submitted, Danny Joseph Lopez
Very nice experience, they treated me promptly and the receptionists and nurses and doctor were all caring and nice
The Staff was extremely helpful and informative.
Great attitude from everyone there from the moment I walked in.
Was taken care of fast and I was out fairly quickly.
I highly recommend this urgent care they are fast and they know exactly what they are doing, I am glad I switched to optim
As always, The doctor and staff were very professional. I was treated promptly in a caring way. This list is for my mom.
Every single person from the front desk to the doctor were kind and very caring. They took their time and listened to me. This was actually our first visit to the Urgent Care and I will certainly use them again and tell others what great service we were provided. Thank you all!
Doctor, nurse, and staff were very nice and attentive. Answered all my questions and were gentle with my injury.
Staff is very friendly and took my concerns in consideration by giving me multiple options before proceeding with a small procedure.
Came in with a history of childhood asthma while experiencing chest tightness and the staff, unwilling to listen to me or my other symptoms, immediately threw me into the COVID ward where people were coughing and wheezing around me. Staff was rude and acted like I was wasting their time. They argued with me that I had COVID so I’d pay for a test and when I refused (because the county offers free tests), they admitted that I don’t display signs of COVID and most likely don’t have it. After realizing I didn’t have COVID, they basically wanted to send me on my way because “I don’t know why you’re in this side of the clinic”. Zero help at all - even after explaining that I thought my symptoms were asthma related and I didn’t currently have medication or an inhaler, the doctor shrugged and said “I don’t know what you want from us”. Now I have to miss work to get an actual COVID test to make sure I didn’t catch it from my clinic visit. DONT COME HERE, especially if you have a compromised breathing condition because they’ll definitely throw you in the COVID incubation chamber.
UPDATE: The issue was anaphylaxis from a UTI antibiotic I had started a few days prior. I MENTIONED TO THE DOCTOR WHEN I WAS SEEN THAT I HAVE ALLERGIES TO OTHER UTI ANTIBIOTICS. I even asked him if he thought this could be an allergic reaction, which he ignored and blew off. My partner ended up calling them about it the next day asking for advice (when my condition worsened and my windpipe was closing up) and they told him that I’d have to come back so they could re-evaluate whether or not I had COVID even though the doctor had ruled it out the day before. They told us directly that there was no chance of me being seen in the regular unit because of my breathing difficulty. This place is USELESS and I could’ve literally died from anaphylaxis because of their complete negligence.
They don’t take AltaMed patients anymore since they’ve been bought out by Optum. Go somewhere else!
I've literally been on hold for 27 minutes to speak to someone at the obgyn and still going.like seriously?
I have had issues with constant wounds and blisters and I know the excellent wound care from Dr. J and his excellent staff off nurses have save my feet and my legs on more than one occasion. I am very grateful to all of them.
I have gone there in the past. The last two times I have been there, it’s been crazy packed. I had to go somewhere else. I was not about to wait out in the waiting room for two hours before being called in.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr Yousefian was thorough and able to deal with my problem quickly. I had difficulty with the electronic prescription which took 4 hours to get finally sent to pharmacy and filled, but otherwise the clinic provided excellent care.
Today I had a bad experience. I went in with UTI symptoms. I told at check in I told the medical assistant also. She ask me for a urine sample. Then the Dr. Didn't listen to those symptoms. He instead pressed on my side it hurt so he right away said it was gallbladder stones. I dont have insurance and he told me I need ultrasound. I may need surgery. Then I was there for 5 hrs. After he came back gave me my results of ultrasound. I had no sign of gallbladder stones! So I left with no results for UTI but have same symptoms I came in with. I am in pain still feel urgency to urinate and burn. Pain on my side. I will not use this facility again
