Phone receptionist Dotty and plumber Henry were both very professional and I appreciate the same day help I received. Henry worked hard and was very knowledgeable when I asked about water softening solutions. He took the time to explain potential issues we may run into with our existing plumbing but didn't't try to upsell. Will definitely keep OC Pumbing's info for future reference and would recommend them.

James was beyond thorough and had amazing customer service. I have an unknown leak in my driveway and he went above and beyond to try and find the source. I would highly recommend James to any friends or family from this experience! I also appreciated that he educated me on some plumbing terms and how the issue could have started and be resolved. Great service. We have had positive experiences with Jeff. He was very friendly and professional. We got an emergency plumbing problem with the bathroom being flooded at our house. He did a great job! Would highly recommend and was using Jeff's and Orange Coast Plumbing service.

Had a toilet backup and main line was in need of cleaning due roots getting into the pipe. Jeff was professional and good knowledge of what's going on. Talk through the whole step as he was doing the service. Got the main pipe clear off root within 15min and made sure to run the extra 50 ft to make it pushed it out. Would recommend using them again.

Danny helped us with a big water heater issue we had. He was so patient, honest. Turns out we needed a new water heater and he got another employee to come deliver one and he installed it immediately. Danny got everything done in time for our kids to be able to take their night-time bath!

Our family experienced a break in the main water line to our home that was leaking in the front yard. Chuck from OC Plumbing did an amazing job with the repairs. He located the leak, dug up, repaired the line and then replaced the turf back so that our yard is back to normal. He was professional and efficient through all aspects of the job. I would highly recommend their services.
