I was introduced to Patrick at Orange County Mortgage from a friend who used him for his refinance. I was looking for a per-approval letter for my first home purchase. I was so nervous and naive to the process, but Patrick was patient and helpful, explaining everything in terms which I can understand. We didn't get the first home we put our offer on, but there was another one right behind it. I was depressed at first, but we wound up getting the 2nd house after a minor bidding war.grrr!
