Just the worst! I do not even want to explain, my energy is all gone, and especially when you are orange for assistance and in pain

Receptionists are usually nice but sometimes can also be rude like the lady who picked up the call at 11: 09 am PST today. She hung up on me at first too. For CT scan or MRI, their technician (not sure the name, he is a white guy) does not know how to poke people or get the patient veins correctly, not gentle at all and hurts the patient so much. Because of insurance, we just have to go here unless we change insurance. Medical offices in the US (except for big hospitals like UCI) are horrible. Very sad for senior citizens and the elderly to have to put up with this.
