We worked with Danny who gave us great service. He promised us he would visit the site every time a crew came out to work, and he did. He was there, hands on, every step of the way. Danny was great at communicating with us and patiently answered endless questions. The entire process took about 6 weeks. It would have been faster, but we kept making changes and adding things. We got estimates from other pool companies and felt the pricing with OC Pools and Spas was better. The pool looks gorgeous and we are so happy with it.

Orange County Pools and Spas did the remodel on my pool in Tustin. The tile, pebble, and patio all look amazing. Our entire family uses the spa several times a week. We are so thankful for the attention to detail and thoroughness their crew had to our pool remodel.

You have to work hard to earn my trust, especially when we are talking about a material amount of money. Let's face it, I would rather do it myself when I can. For a pool remodel, I am out of my depth.

OCPS was the epitome of professionalism. They communicated every step of the way. They made sure I was not only happy with the pool when they were done, but made sure I would be happy with their work well into the future. They had amazing attention to detail and made sure everything met their standards (and mine).

Had such a great experience with OC Pools & Spas from the initial meeting with Kyle all the way to the end with Danny showing us how to work the spa and app. We now have the backyard of our dreams, the gardening area we’ve always wanted and the driveway spot for our RV. Everyone is super nice and professional and I was able to get in contact with Kyle job coordinator through text or phone call anytime I had a question within minutes if not right away. Caesar and his crew were here working every single day even in some of the hottest weather we have ever had with little to no shade. I would highly recommend OC Pools & Spas and have absolutely no regrets. They were awesome and very professional.
