Lived there for over a year. And start to finish some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Takes forever to get anyone on the phone any time I had an issue. When I did get someone on the phone they were rude or would just hang up on me. This company will cost owners money and tenants.

Orange County Property Management has been very helpful. Application process is simple. Anna was the lady that helped me through the process. Also yesterday I had an issue with a small water leak. I called Anna she immediately transferred me to maintenance and had a plumber here before the end of business. Thank you so much Anna you have been amazing and look forward to doing more business. I would definitely recommend this business.

Each person over the age of 18 needs to pay the $55 application fee, and submit their own application, for my family that's a total of $220. This is just to apply? Unfair to households with more adults to kids ratio.

I just moved in to my new apartment thanks to ana perez.the process was snotty from application process to picking up keys.she approved me with a day in a half.of course the final answer comes down to the owner.i met all the requirements.

To get started I'm giving OCPM a solid 5-star review. Ana specifically was nothing more than kind, patient, and generous throughout our whole application process. It's taken a while to find a place and OCPM definitely took us under their wings and assisted us throughout every step. When we weren't sure about something they were there to answer all of our questions, I'm sure I called them 10 times and Ana was receptive and knowledgable and addressed all my questions with concern and attentiveness. I appreciated that so much throughout this process. Signing a lease on a new place is stressful, Ana and the girls at OCPM took all that away.

The leasing agent has been very helpful the lady in the front desk was able to answer some of my questions. And the leasing agent finished answering all the ones the receptionist couldn't.

These guys are really great! Professional staff and sympathetic ears. They know moving can be stressful and it really shows with their customer service. The contract signing process was a piece of cake as well.

As a tenant. I could not think of a worse property management company. Orange County Property Management does not respond to email, phone, calls, or work orders. When you call them, it always leads to voicemail with no call back. Even when directly asking the receptionist if she would call me back with the status of my work order, she did not call me back, nor anyone from the office. My garage has been flooding for the past two weeks and they have absolutely no urgency or at least the decency to update me on what's going on. They simply don't care
