First time I have ever been here because I needed to give my income for the SA7 form due for the quarters.

This place is super amazing. Way better than it use to be. My amazing worker turned my whole day aroind. 10 Gold stars

Do not have to go all the way to Anaheim anymore. The office is clean and the employees are very nice.

Employees need to be trained properly. It is a nightmare walking into this place with everyones kids running around. Maybe the parents can start watching their kids or they could put a contained area for kids in there.

Person DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. Shouldnt English-language be a requirement to work in this country of MINE

Great and quick and very helpful if you need assistance to help with your family like food stamps cash aid finding good jobs or any type of government help

Lots of room always an hour wait regardless of how many people are there no items toys to keep children busy.

6 months now.my worker and the Supervisor have still not assigned my a case manager for Calworks! I call weekly! Who do i complain too?

They are always so fast and polite. It's rarely packed and even when it is they don't take a long time to call you in. I live closer to the one on la palma but i rather go to this one in cypress cause it seems way cleaner too

I was accused of drinking alcohol, yet I don't drink. Though I did receive an apology, I didn't get an answer as to why I was accused.

It was pretty comfortable being able to get the food stamps here they were very caring and and they did their best to help me out of there as quick as possible thank you
