Was having anxiety and depression issues. I was not able to get a appointment with a psychiatrist. Although my insurance had it authorized. This has been going on for years still have not received treatment. I am definitely going to go to a different healthcare provider. They did not have an available appointment and I can only see a nurse. Which all she can do is prescribe medication? Shouldn’t I see an actual doctor before a nurse prescribes medication how the heck does that work? Don’t go to this place please.

My psychiatrist discharged me from her care, because I disagreed with her diagnosis.

I went to see her one day and I disagreed with her diagnosis, and I had evidence that proves that I do not have said diagnosis, incuding the opinion of several other mental healthcare providers. The appointment ended, and I scheduled another appointment. About a month and a half goes by and I get a letter saying how she discharged me from her care. I called the office, asking if they could help me find a new psychiatrist. They said that since that psychiatrist discharged me, that no other provider in the office or company will see me. It took me several months to find a new one, plus I ran out of medication. I will also say that this psychiatrist thinks she is a god and that she is always right, and what she says goes. In the end, it is up to the patient. I will never recommend anyone to come get treatment here.

If I could give a zero I absolutely would. Do NOT waste your time with Dr Afghan. I had 3 appointments with her, and when I told her a medicine wasn’t working for me she told me I need to see a different psychiatrist. She is rude, short mannered, and disrespectful. I don’t recommend this clinic.

The head doctor has no business in psychiatry. His entire focus is money not mental health. If you have IEHP you are limited to this substandard care. He doesn’t even listen! If your able to go else where I would advice going that route. Sadly there’s not a lot to choose from.

I'd rather go to WebMD than to this location. Granted, the first time I went was not super terrible, and I would say it was pretty average. But now that I'm trying to get psych testing (which they don't do, but they provide evaluations?) I've just given up on this place. The front desk lady became very impatient with me when I was giving my information, and one of the MD's just left me and didn't provide any kind of help when I said I wanted evaluation for ADHD and not depression.

Please do something good for yourself and don't go there. They are not there to help and don't even listen. I tried different doctors all the same. They don't care and won't help you. Save your time and money. Dr.nichols is the worse, she tried to prescribe me a antipsychotic drug and I have depression and lack of energy, I think she is probably on drugs! Be aware and be good to yourself, don't go there.

The worst. Staff is rude and condescending.as if you're inconveniencing them. They care not about anything except billing insurance and taking your money. Dr. Sai Chandu is a quack and a hack. Useless!

Just a horrible experience, my son was seen only a few times and i was trying to call in and no answer, tried again and nothing.i waited until the next day and the office took my message and i never rcvd a call back.my son had an issue at school and needed to speak to the therapist again i never rcvd a call back from the office/therapist at least to let me know it would take time to call me back, or even to ask whats going on.i was crying telling them to call us back but nothing.just so disappointed that my child could get any help.but nope nothing.
