Orange Roll & Sushi reviews
13 I came here for years and their food used to be so good here, but not anymore.food looks the same outside but the quality of ingredients got so low. Cold fried shrimp and the crab mix in rolls has gone bad.
I don’t think I’ll be back here again.
So sad, I’ve liked this place before and this last time they wanted me to drive back to give them the roll they messed up… I said no and that I could come in tomorrow. I also offered to send a picture of the roll but the young and nice waitress said she couldn’t go that route. So this review is in hopes that the management changes their customer service attitude, it’s not the waitress’s fault, she’s simply following your rules. I paid a good price for my food, I’ve ordered it before, and I never want any creamy sauce on my food, I don’t expect it when it’s not listed. Your place tried to excuse themselves with “well it’s on the pictures” when your menu off your website doesn’t have pictures next to the rolls (specifically 9 month roll) and simply a description, I can read and nowhere does it say “sauce”. All you had to do was say “sure, come in tomorrow and we’ll give you a roll, sorry about that” I would have ordered more anyway, my husband would have joined me and he would have ate too.
The soy sauce was watered down the, fish was warm, the spicey sauce was just Saracha. Edible but just poor quality all around
Fist time here, came in with my kids while we waited for the doctors office to open after lunch break. I’m glad we came in. The sushi is very tasty. Not to mention the freshwater eel melts in your mouth. My new favorite place. Definitely worth the drive from the valley.
Friendly Service. Very reasonably priced very tasty Sushi. The Terriyaki bowl was greatly improved. Good job guys
The fish tastes old and smells fishy. The guy that works on Friday night is really rude too. Both the food and service was awful!
Everyone was so kind here! Food was amazing
Everyone waived good bye as we were leaving, definitely welcoming atmosphere
I've been coming here for the last 7 years and this was hands down my favorite sushi place in the area.
However recently they changed their recipes for some of their entrées and now they're really disappointing now.
Completely lost the appeal of what made this place so good.
Watched my order that was ready not get packaged. They continue to clean and prepare other orders and my order sat their and got cold.
This was my first time dining in, but I DoorDash some rolls every couple of months. The Orange roll this particular day was fresh and light. I highly recommend the Midnight Sun (my go-to) and Amber rolls. Everything was made perfect. The rolls here aren't too thick, but they don't skimp on the ingredients, either. No matter what you order, you won't be disappointed.
No more ‘ konnichiwa’ when you walk-in the door. Obviously under new ownership again, like the 3rd time. Quality of the food has dropped dramatically, the restaurant is no longer flooded with dine-in guest, staffed with all new faces, and they now close early. We have given this location a chance already about 6 times since we’ve noticed the change and it’s just not getting better.
Good food but they have repeatedly had wrong business hours on their pages. Call ahead if it’s a long drive to make sure they’re open
Very tasty food and excellent service. I just wish the decor/theme of the restaurant was more prominent
