Great place. Trainers are wonderful at keeping you motivated and if you have any modifications needed they are more than willing to work with you.

I love the mix of cardio and strength exercises, the intensity level and the awesome motivation from the coaches. OTF has filled the gaps in my training that I just couldn't get from running alone. I'm absolutely addicted! EG OTF has the best staff!

The fact that you have to give your credit card info to take a free class because of a heart monitor it's ridiculous, it's not like i'm going to break it.not a good impression.
