Terrible customer service! They have no common sense and no idea what they’re doing. My service was disconnected and they can not figure out how to re activate it! Thousands of dollars lost and my time! Stay away

AVOID AT ALL COST. I have been using ordermark for 2 years without any issues. HOWEVER I’m not sure what happen but it has become a nightmare. There’s no customer service. I think they outsource to India. You can’t speak with one that helps. All they say is a script. Issue will be fix within the next 24 hours. Which is a lie. I have been calling for 5 days and issue is not resolve no one calls and no one is attempting to resolve the issue. I am currently looking to work with another company.

Worst services I ever have! My printer was not connected, calling 4 hosts in 15 days! Still couldn’t solve the problem, promise to call back but never didn’t.
Stay away with this company.

What can I say other than that Ordermark is a garbage company with a garbage product. Our restaurant has literally lost tens of thousands of dollars thanks to Ordermark's failure to properly integrate the various food delivery platforms which are supposed to be aggregated together into Ordermark's platform. When I asked that API integrations not be performed, they went ahead and did them anyway, and now our restaurant is not showing up on two delivery platforms - representing a large revenue stream for our business. This is at least the second time this has happened. Essentially, it's been nothing but problems since the initial onboarding with this company when we were forced to pivot to a takeout/delivery model during COVID. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy and suggest you look elsewhere for an aggregator.

Worst cancellation process I have ever experienced.

Ironically, the onboarding was the best ever, and the product was great, but they have been charging me for 4 months after cancellation, and I am going to have to use my bank to dispute. No one has reached out even though I have emailed and returned equipment to them. They're amazing, until you have to go.

It was a good company when it actually was in business. I'm sure there is a single person working there now. I tried to reach them to say I switched to a competitor and they should stop the service and find a way to get their hardware from us. They reached back to me 2 months after my initial call.

Bad customer service! They don’t answer the phone, our printer was not working, they sent us another. It’s day 5 of the new one and they have not called back to help set it up. We’ve tried everything. Their help line says due to high call volume they can’t take take the call every day for the last 5 days. Chat option not working and text option not getting response either. I am beyond frustrated with this company.

Horrible experience, 45 days into integration and nothing was done correctly. Even when I go in and fix it myself it reverts back to the wrong version. No one fixes anything, they keep escalating to different people and just pass the buck. Nobody does the work. Stay away, bad all around.

We have started integration almost 2 month ago and after more than 40 hours on the phone and dozes of emails, my menus are still missing almost all the photos, prices are wrong and descriptions are missing.
