O'Reilly is conveniently located. They will match a competitor's price plus give you an extra 10% discount if you find the same part advertised elsewhere for less.

The lady came out quickly when I asked for assistance and helped find my item. As I walk with a cane, it was appreciated. Also, a customer who had entered when I was approaching the door hustled back to the doors and opened one for me. I was surprised at his generous gesture. So, the experience was all positive.

I was trying to purchase a steering wheel cover and one of the reps patiently helped me, we couldnt get it to work on my chase debit card. Later I found out I had left my card in my jacket and I was able to head back and get the cover I wanted. Great service all I would fix is the Android/Samsung/Apple Pay compatibility with the Ingenicos as I was able to pay my phone bill with Samsung Pay less than 15 minutes later.

I had a problem with my battery. I called to ask if they had the proper size for my vehicle. They did. So I went to purchase the battery and Greg was very helpful. He even installed for me. It took all of 10 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I was ready to leave. I highly recommend this place if you have any issues with your car,

Knowledgeable employees lot of help with the parts pulled out other parts to match him and mate them returns you never a problem I'm a car guy with a couple of classics and I recommend this place

Went there for blinker lights. Not only did "Esma"help us at the counter, but she also installed the light for us. Thank you"Esma", great job.

The problem with O'Reilly's is they let people like this guy work there and make the place look like a joke, but Hey! Make sure to stop by and ask for Beto he'll let you go behind the counter and search for your parts. Like why hire workers? Looks like the customers can do their job. He used O'Reilly's as a joke to get views and likes. He bashes his boss and laughs at corporate, even has a picture go viral. And STILL has a job. Shows how crooked O'Reilly's is.

Just wish I knew the name of the fellow who helped me. I thought I knew what was wrong with my cigarette lighter (a fuse), but was wrong (it was a different fuse). This employee came out to my car, figured out what was wrong in under a minute, and replaced the fuse for me. Top notch service, and I am grateful!

My husband has been coming here for years and since the company rehired "Esme" (the only girl I've seen working here) she has been disrespectful towards me and my husband, she repeatedly flirts and does things to be cute, and well I don't think it's very cute to pretend to know about cars and flirt with people's husbands, I advise you guys fix your staff. If I wanted to feel uncomfortable or my husband wanted to feel uncomfortable we would just go to Autozone. At least their girls are pretty.

Their prices seem high buy when you shop around it is about the same. Key is to look for compatible off brand items that they also carry. You can find something just as good for leak money. They have always been very helpful.

Sometimes they give wrong parts but mchenety couple. Cool men work n know what they are doing some dont though

Managment is not well at this store. The manager is so lazy and stingy with doing returns. Plus as a x employee I can tell you its all messed up when it comes to rules.

I've been taking my waste oil to this store for 17 years, dating back to when it was Kragan. Today when I took some oil to recycle, I was told I must pour the waste oil back into the container I purchased it in. I don't know weather this was a lazy employee or a very poor policy by O'Reilly, but either way it was horrible customer service. The signs on their doors simply say that you can recycle used oil and filters.

The staff is great. And usually knows what you need, if you're asking for help. The guys are ready to speak for them selves.
