I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes, but the fact was that they didn't have any customers, the employee was leaning on the counter having a nice personal conversation with someone that they didn't care about the customer, me, i left and went to autozone, couple blocks from them, i buy and sell cars so i buy a lot of parts, im not going back to this store, bad business, bad customer service!
I went over here after I got very poor service at AutoZone on the other end of the parking lot and this place well exceeded them and customer service. I'll be going with them from here on out because there are more friendly and willing to help then their local competitors. I found the shop to be nice and clean and the people very informative.
O'Reilly's always does me right. Guys and gals are for most part knowledgeable always friendly and stores are clean. This one's no exception
This place is ridiculous, the employees are little to no help and spend more time talking among themselves than helping their customers. Take the extra time and drive to parts source. Good luck
What can you say about O'Reilly's you can get everything you need for your car there at a good price
Really awful customer service. You're better off going to a different O'Reilly's. Or a different auto parts store altogether. Unless you enjoy rude service. Then by all means, pay to be treated poorly.
Not very well lit inside, the four employees there didn't acknowledge me or even offered to help fingers something, after about 15 I just left and went to AutoZone
