Long lines and semi knowledgeable staff. But friendly and willing to help. Good selection of basic car needs. Decent prices. Cant complain.

I asked for help with a bulb and was helped accordingly. But when I asked the male cashier if he could help me he asked a lady that I'm assuming is the manager, it was dead in the store, and told me he couldn't help me because she said so. Horrible customer service, wont be going there again.

I went into the store today to have my battery checked on my 2007 Honda Civic SI Jose was an excellent help. Helped me to get everything I needed for my vehicle and quickly installed my battery thumbs up great store.

The staff here is rude. I ordered a mirror last time I was in there about a month ago. I was told it would be delivered in a couple hours. I went to pick it up and six different guys couldn't help me. I paid in advance and still don't have my mirror. To say the staff was rude to me is an understatement.

Service guy wasn't paying attention to info i gave him regarding my car. Ends up giving part for totally different car

The staff is really helpful and courteous. I needed new windshield wipers for the winter season and a nice young lady helped me put them on. I had no idea it was so easy! They also helped me with a filter and a headlight bulb. I feel comfortable with the staffs knowledge about my vehicles.

Always watch pricing. I've found one price on the shelf and higher when at the register. They usually have what you need.

Easy to get to. Staff is helpful and on the job. Most of the time they have what you need. If not they get it ASAP for you.

What can I say is the best pizza in town you bring it home U cook it and it doesn't have a chance to get cold nicely priced and very friendly people

These guys are 100 percent. They found a part for my Accord hat wasn’t even in their inventory. One guy searched the store and another guy even looked up alternate part numbers online and found parts on Amazon. I’m definitely going back to this store the next time I need something for my car.

I needed a tail light bulb, and the place I usually go to was out of the size I needed. Came to O'Reilly's in a pinch, they did have the part. Unfortunately the part was twice as expensive as it would have cost me where I normally shop for auto parts. I only shop here at the last resort. I'd rather check out some of the other places, because their prices are on the high-end.

Sometimes they give you the wrong part other than that never an issue they always back up their products

O'Reillys has everything you need for your automobile you need to go there to see what kind of merchandise they have that you need. I recommend this place for you.

Bad service and wait 10 minutes just get some power steering fluid I talked to manager he didn't seem too concerned he was in the back wouldn't come out and help after that I walked out and another customer walked out just before me cuz he got tired of waiting

All the O'Reilys in yuba county always have long lines and no counter help. The stores are full of non English speaking patrons that take forever. It's very frustrating!

The employee that helped me had absolutely no idea what in the world I was talking about when all I asked for was a simple power converter from 12 volt to 115 volt
