14I would also give -0 if there was such a thing. Everyone here has an attitude problem. They very rude. I will never ever go to this location again. They don’t understand that they have a job because of us. They act like they are doing us a favor. Very bad customer service.
If i could leave zero stars I would. Jeffrey who claims he is a manager on the oreillys that’s on Gosford has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called him first explaining what happened and he had the worst attitude over the phone. So i came to the location in person to resolve my battery issue. His ego is out of control, he clearly has had zero customer service training and hates his job. He has no business working in the front with people. I will never come back to this business. Disappointed is an under statement.
What can I say it's a parts store and I have an old truck so I'm always going to be needing something.
I went in for wiper blades. The device on the shelf that tells you what size wasn't working. They also had a QR code you could use and their app also wasn't working. So, I asked the person behind the counter for help. They were nice and even asked if I wanted low, medium, or the best quality wiper blades. They even went and got them for me. What a great experience.
Fast forward to today, a week later, the kiosk device still was not working and same with the app, so I waited in line for ten minutes to ask for help. I gave the guy behind the counter my other vehicle information, and he told me what size wiper blades that I needed. I asked if would please select the correct ones for my vehicle as he knew the inventory and could locate the correct ones quicker for me. He again told me the size and said I needed to select my own. I said I was in line for ten minutes and I would appreciate some customer service. An older guy behind the counter said if we have to select it for you were going to select the most expensive ones we have. This guy wasn't even helping me! The kid went and quickly grabbed my wiper blades and I'm sure that they were the most expensive ones they had. They were $82.00 for the pair.
Buyers be aware- if they have to help you, at this store they are going to try to sell you the most expensive items they have. I will be in tomorrow to return these wiper blades, and I will go to any other auto parts store in town to get wiper blades even if they cost the same or more. This O'Reilly does not deserve my money. They need more employees like the first person who help me a week ago. I think I will video tape my return experience and see if that same older guy is there. He was a serious jerk in my opinion.
Super helpful staff. I had a question about a car part and they got right on it, researched it, gave me the info and future warnings pertaining to that part. Good job guys.

Always nice but I’ve been disappointed the last 2 times I’ve been here. After calling and checking to make sure they have the parts I drive down there and they don’t have them. I was also told the other store had what I needed and they would hold while I drove over there and when I got there they didn’t have it either. Had to drive back to Gosford to get a refund.
The worst place to buy parts do not buy here the people who work here do not know anything about parts check their parts before leaving lest they give you something from another vehicle I had a bad experience in this place and with some workers they responded very badly unprofessional
I purchased the wrong size battery, they replaced it and installed the new battery for me.
Very rude guy name Albert he doesn’t know anything about parts.and I ask him to help me load in car he said it’s heavy he can’t help.idiots work there never go back and never recommend anyone to go there. Expensive too. Manager need to tell his employee how to talk with customers
Very friendly and helpful staff, Andrey came out to look at my car so he could better assist me in finding the right tools and materials for some repairs I wanted to make. Employees here are generally very friendly and helpful, can't recommend this location more!
The staff were very helpful and courteous. I purchased a battery they put it in my car and made sure it was connected properly. I drove home happy.
Tori in commercial services is outstanding. Asks all the right questions. Delivers the right part the first time!
