7I had a dilemma with getting my new battery installed and when I talked to Richard he didn't hesitate to offer his help even though it said online that it was going to be a difficult task. He immediately jumped up and helped me! He grabbed his tools and was done within 15 minutes Thanks a lot Richard! You have no idea how much you helped me.
Gio & Richard (& pretty much all the guys at this location) are very nice, helpful, knowledgeable & down-to-earth. My bf feels the same, which means they're not just being nice because I'm a woman.
