Its just another auto parts store no big deal, just as RUDE THERE AS THEY ARE AT AUTO ZONE & SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES DONT KNOW AMYTHING ABOUT AUTO'S OR EVEN AUTO PARTS, EVEN W/ A COMPUTER TO HELP THEM. STILL DUMB
I just want to say thank you so much to the Oriely team Drew Alexis and the manager Nelson, they were very attentive and such great help attending and taking the time to help me I have never seen such a working crew like then as j watched all of them work as a team helping everyone in line back to back I just want to say 10 stars and a high five thank you so much guys you will always have me as a lifetime customer
Went in for a return. Didn't have any problems. Staff was helpful and friendly and even greeted myself and another customer when we entered.
Accidently took the wrong oil to them, forgot I bought it at autozone, gentleman understood and was very professional
Had a headlight fail and it was getting late, so I had to hurry to get that light replaced. O'Reilly Auto Parts always the best. Had help from the counter to ID the correct headlight, got it installed just as the sun was sinking. FAST service and good prices, that's an unbeatable combination in my book. I was on my way home safe and without concerns of being pulled over for a fix it ticket

Sucks. Employees have minimal knowledge. Had to return parts twice in one day. Won't shop there again. This has happened twice before. Done.
Thank you Francisco at O’Reillys you came out to my car and got me the correct windshield wiper blades and install them I will never go back to AutoZone as long as I live in Fallbrook Francisco you’re the best O’Reillys has a good employee the place was well organized and you guys were very helpful thank you so much down with AutoZone
