6They had the parts that I needed at a reasonable price. I'm very satisfied.
Today I had to get a battery installed an hour before work because mine was nearly dead and I did not want to get stranded at my workplace at night or my college campus that is an hour away the next day. Kenny was so kind and helpful today and even though he was busy and the only person there at the time, he helped me install my battery. After dealing with a horrible auto shop that kept my car for 2 1/2 months then returned it with a dead battery, Kenny lifted my spirits and reminded me that there are kind people who are willing to help. Thank you Kenny! You made my day.

My wife breaks down with the kids on there way back to Phoenix. I drive to what I would pretty much call LA to them. All I can say is I'm so glad it happened to be less then I mile away from O'Reilly's. I must have gone back in to the store 6 or 7 times. So glad its easy to return the stuff you thought you needed till you finally figure out the real problem and get the stuff that is really needed
