Battery died right around the corner from this place and I called and Cecelio looked up what we needed and held it for us. He even loaned me a ratchet to install the new battery! Really great service!

I went in for sparkplugs, for 1 sparkplugs it was 21$, I wanted two, so when the clerk told me that the total for two is 47$ I felt like I was being over charged, in fact, I knew I was, so of course I just go the one. This clerk, it's not the first time that has happened, it needs to be looked into.

Customer service is awsome very knowledgeable staff. Jose helped me and I will continue to come back to that location for his expertise!

Well with my car they often have the parts for it that other places don't unfortunately on my last part that I needed they don't have so I had to order it online but the people in there are very nice very kind people do a great job they are at the very least bilingual and I can tell that they speak to both people in English and Spanish very courteously I have not heard them speak other languages so I don't know if they speak anything other than those two. The service there has always been excellent.

Went to see if I could return something. Asked nicely and got a rude comment saying it was already open and he tossed it on the counter, scattering all of the parts. Horrible Customer Service.

And also Kevin Davis I feel very very very sorry for you man, every worker there should’ve stopped what they where doing just to help find what the hell you where looking for. So sad?

They take too long to help you at the counter they hide the only reason I go back there cuz I have a lifetime warranty on my break alternator

Probably t the worst experience I've ever had in my life what usually is a pleasant visit very helpful turned out to be a nightmare which I still haven't fixed they're trying to treat me like some thief like I'm trying to steal something from them I took my battery out of my car cuz it had been sitting awhile took it down to them to be charged and came back less than 24 hours my battery was gone they recycled it clearly on the tag I had it stated any batteries kept over 7 days get donated so what I don't understand it only been 24 hours no more close to 7 days so why am I sitting still with no battery

Very bad experience a guy named Luis was having a very disrespectful attitude at me and I was very disappointed. I normally go to this store because is the closest but this was my last day here. The guy helping me at the counter took my $100 dollar bill and put it in his walled then he pulled out 2 $ 50 dollar bill and exchanged the 100 dollar bill. He threw the bills on the counter not even hand them to me and then I Collect them and inspect the bills to check for fake signs just like they do in most of the places I never accused him for giving me anything fake. But just for me checking the bills he gott upset and started going crazy on me to the point where he was insulting me and screaming in the store and saying bad words to me. Anna the manager came out and didn't even apologize for the issue.

Fast courier service people willing to help you give information whatever they can have and offer you it's just a nice place to buy parts

Very helpful. Me and my buddy had to stop in from out of town because of his spark plugs and when we couldn't get it there new one to fit the manager called in some help her knew to come help us and finally got it to work so we could make it on our way. So nice job for helping your community in a big way!: D

They always have what I need, but the other day when I walked in there the two employees were unfriendly, almost it was a problem, I was bothering them, no hello or thank you at all it was silent, the kid walked up to a computer and stared at me that's it. I sarcastically said "your welcome" when I left I wont go back, its too bad. But theres another auto store right down the street.

The store went to on Paradise road has excellent staff I use a commercial desk and associate with knowledgeable confident and friendly would recommend you go there

I really have. To say that appreciate the help that I get from the store I have a lot of work to do on my car and I’ll be going there for all my parts I go to the store on oakdale. Rd. They are also very respectful to me. I always get good service from the stores.

I went at 430pm lines were short nobody was tying up the register. They had 3 people. Xavier was top notch. Quick in and out is what I like. Recommended!

Felt like I was at a car lot full of sales men. Workers wouldn't stop asking if I needed help no matter how many times i told them i did not need help. They acted as if they thought I was going to rob the place. Would not recommend this location
