O'Reilly Auto Parts, San Diego CA

Didn't realize the headlight i bought was whiter than the standard so still yellow. It cost me $40 and it was the only option, besides brighter at $65-$70. That wasn't going to happen. However, I went on Amazon and found a comparable brand, Phillip's, $10 less and the brightness that i wanted. My bulbs were Sylvania? Don't know if i could return these because they're used now.

I went to this store in order to get parts, but the service was horrible. Would not recommend Alejandro for service.

My oil light come on as I was driving. This was the closest auto parts store to my house. I was driving like a maniac to get here before 9: 00pm. Arrived at 8: 57pm and they wouldn't unlock the door because they “close at 9: 00pm. ” Ok well are there other locations open late. “No. We all close at 9: 00pm. ” Which was a LIE because now I am at a location down the street that stays open till 10: 00pm. I was desperate. It would of been nice for them to let me buy oil so my car engine didn’t explode or something. Listen, as someone who has worked customer service, I am well aware that when folks work late and are tired, they lock up early and want to go home. I get it. But if you say you close at 9: 00pm, then I expect you to stay open till 9: 00pm. Lame. Will never come here again.

Battery died, took it in to be tested and recharged.they showed me how and why it failed and then helped me get a great replacement at a reasonable price.

Didn't have in stock what I was looking for. As a matter of fact a lot of stock was missing.

Didnt want to check my check engine light because it was raining and badically wanted me to check it myself.seemed the guy cared more about being in his phone. It had just stopped raining enough that they could have checked.

Visiting from out of town I have to say this is one of the dirtiest stores I've been In. They had 2 people working a gentleman and a foul mouth woman she was just cussing up a storm very rude. This store needs more than 2 people working. I will never stop by there ever.

This is one of my favorite O'Reilly's if you ever go here ask for the sales associate named Daniel he can help with anything he's such a great gentleman I think without him at this O'Reilly's it wouldn't be as great as it is very helpful staff I will continue going here one of our best O'Reilly's in San Diego

Had to continously ask for help with items I needed it. The guy on the floor was irritated with me asking for his service. The Cashier was easy going.

Decent amount of items fairly well priced not the best pretty good customer service and knowligible staff

I ordered a part, waited and 2x (one from a nearby store) the parts were damaged. In this stores case, I ordered an oil pan gasket. When they handed me the part I noticed it was open and saw it had only 2 gasket pieces for an oil pan! The manual shows 4 pieces. Had to stall my project a week more. The other store delivered a bent creased headgasket kit, which I had to wait more days for a new one.

I always getvgreat customer service, and all parts i have bought there for my car have been good. Just go in with your car info for what you need and they will help you out.
