Great service! Manager helped me buy a taillight and offered to install it for free too. The whole process only took a couple minutes.

My girlfriends car needed some headlights and Mr. Son was the best person for the job. He helped us buy and install 4 different lights on her car. We thought it was very difficult but he made it look very easy and he helped answer our many questions. Such a nice person and he deserves a raise!

I stopped here today to have my battery and starter tested. The gentleman came out and tested both, he said the battery was good but our starter was bad. We went in and bought the new starter and put it on in the parking lot, but the truck was doing the same thing. I went in and spoke with them and told them it wasn't the starter and bought a battery to test. Well it was the battery, after they told me it wasn't. I paid for parts I didn't need. They lied to their customer and I explained how unhappy I was about it. I will not use this auto part store anymore, nor do I recommend yhem to anyone.

I liked how friendly the staff was such as genuinely helping customers until theyre satisfied w/the job.

Found what I needed for my vehicle, plus it's very close to home. Service is good, and the staff is knowledgeable.

My car wouldn’t start. Had Oreillys on Clairemont Dr charge up the battery and took it to my mechanic. He told me the battery was defective. Took the battery back to Oreillys on Clmnt Dr where I bought it. The warranty was expired but they gave me a new one anyway. Thanks Oreillys. You saved my Christmas.

A great place to get help with your car. My check engine like came on and the guy plugged something into my car and he gave me the codes. Helped save me at least hundred dollars.

Store refused to help change a bulb I was going to purchase even though O'Reilly's states that bulb change is a free service. Went to the one on Genesee instead and did not have this issue. Would not come to this location again.

They usually or always do a good job. They have you in the computer and can look you up. Pretty basic, helpful, straightforward place.

The gentleman who helped me was very polite and professional. Lot's of parking here also. KFC and McDonald's right across street if you are interested. 99 Cent only store and Von's food store are also close. Chase Bank next to Von's. People are professional and courteous at this Chase location. Ace Hardware located in this big mall next to a Jack-in-the-box.

A corner lot gives it ease of access from two streets and ample parking. The store is well lit well-stocked and clean the staff courteous and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable would have given five stars but the parking lot could have used a little attention.

Jamal helped me out with installing my headlight in my Prius. He was so persistent and patient the entire time. Keep him around if you can.
