O'Reilly Auto Parts, Chula Vista CA

Was sold a clay kit as new that was obviously opened, used, and returned. Not worth my time to take it back but what poor attention to detail on the employees who took the return and restocked it.

Never new this auto parts store existed and there workers are outstanding customer service.you have me as a life customer keep up the good work guys.

Very helpful have had issues with their system but was resolved on the site an this being a longtime Customer an retired Mechanical this are an great concern to respect the warranty at time of purchasexan thereon with the Pandemic also has its De erase effects on the smallest things of life. I started going here instead of AutoZone because the Workers were more personable and knew more than those at AZ. The manager was great recognized me even with a mask on when I was returning some parts, he said, ” give her the refund, she always comes in here! “ that made me feel like more than just a customer but like a member too. Thank you O’Reillys!

Searched for a rather obscure item and they had what others did not. Not only that, they had it for less than I have paid in the past! Rather pleased about this.

Best experience I’ve ever had at an O’Reillys, they helped me put my window shield wipers on I usually don’t ask for help but with my husband deployed I really needed help and they were there to help thank you to all you are all so awesome!

1, the location is less than 5 blocks from my house. 2, the price of their products are average across the board. 3, lastly, 95 percent is usually stocked

This store always has the parts I need. It’s convenient and fast. The service here is better than any other auto parts shop I’ve been to around the area. The workers are respectful, honest, and helpful.

Super slow service. 8 customers in line, 1 slow cashier and 3 other employees doing nothing to help.

Bad service even over the phone. This is multiple experiences. This guys acts like his at home. I was next in line, store not to busy, this guy holds me to answer a personal call and argue at the counter for a couple minutes.

I was looking for a brass elbow for my fuel pump. The guy let me look at there stash in the back and I found it. Thanks

I drive across town because they always have what I need. Too bad for the other two auto parts stores I pass on my way to O’reillys.

Customer service is very good hear. They are fluent in Spanish if you need help. No bathrooms available.
People pretty respectful with space (covid)

I can't tell you how much better O'Riley's is than all the rest. Everyone is nice and friendly and willing to help ever a noob. I waited 15 while the associate helped explain what the customer was going to need to get the job done. Worth the wait
