7Best customer service I have experienced at an auto parts store. Staff kids really going the extra mile to help customers. My headlights were out at night and they got me back on the road within 5 mins. Thank you.
Omicron outbreak going on not one mask on any of the staff. While the masks may be low value I didn't like the idea they didn't want to protect the public. Staff were nice and able to get the parts for one of the cars the kid didn't know how to get the hard to find part. No offer to special order. So they are more like a clerk than a genuine parts man.
The staff are always helpful and if they don't know something they are more than willing to research just to make sure you purchase the correct parts and such.
