11Went in to buy a vacuum hose for my wife's car nut they were out of the size I needed. The working looked in the back and found a about 1 ft of a different size but it did go on the fitting I needed to. Go make it an even better morning the just gave it to me. Great place and very good and nice customer service.
Well I always have loved O'Reilly's. I always choose them over anywhere else. Not sure why. I have found better deals at Walmart dot-com. Everything's cheaper at Walmart but you might have to wait a couple weeks to get your product. O'Reilly's can get it real quick if you're in a rush. And they will always be my auto part store.
At the time of purchase 1/22/22 10am it was cash only. Service was great and the part I needed was in stock.

Love the customer service when they are open but twice now I've raced down here to get something before they close and it's been 930 with the doors locked. On here it says 10?
Customer service is good to the workers that know about cars. The workers that don't know about cars are always saying we don't have that. They don't even look into it or ask for help. It's a flat out we don't have it. And the wait time is so long just to get turned away.
Employees give out wrong info instead of just saying they don't know. Service is horrible.
My car part buying experience at O'Rilleys Auto Parts has always been great. It's a clean not only in the store it self but in the parking lot as well. All of O'Reillys employees have always been kind, friendly, polite and very well mannered. So I give it a 5 rating.
I shop this store often and the employees there are always courteous and helpful every time I go in
