O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
15Tall white guy and bigger Hispanic guy have always provided my husband and I with great service. Everyone else is not very welcoming. My husband came in and dealt with the lady with the piercing on her upper lip for one that’s a very unprofessional appearance for the store but that’s not my biggest problem. She sold him the incorrect part and sent him on his way. My husband then came home realized it was the incorrect part and we went back to this location dealt with her again and she questioned if my husband was “sure that it’s the incorrect part”. Doesn’t make sense to be back and deal with her attitude if it was the correct part. She ended up realizing it was the wrong part and then sold us a different part in a box. Once we got home we realized we were still sold the wrong part. I decided to not even waste my time at this location any longer. Went in to the marysville store and got acknowledge as we were walking in. Very welcoming staff and knowledgeable. Didn’t have to go back twice to the marysville location. I must mention I live about 5 minutes from the Lindhurst Ave store but will make the drive to marysville or Yuba city store because I rather deal with nice, knowledgeable people than “save time” that will end up costing me more time.
Well the manager was very rude his tone of voice caused me to tell him he needs to straighten up his act and when I asked him is there a manager there and he informed me that he was the manager and he spoke loud enough so all the other customers could hear the way he was speaking to me I told him you don't need to use that tone of voice with me pal I don't know what kind of customer service person you are but definitely not the kind of person that needs to train somebody that's for sure he went back in the back and seem to change his tune entirely when he came back I guess he thought about what I said I was going to report him or something
Came in right before closing needing wipers, was helped by a employee named Eddie. He provided not only 5 star service but he went above a beyond making sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied with my purchase and service. Can’t express enough how awesome this store is with it’s honest and extremely helpful employees. Got a repeat customer for life
Had what we needed when we needed it. Friendly staff and very helpful. Easy to get to. Parking right in front of the store.
Man. Like what? So I ask for a common part. They say it has to be ordered. Then when it gets there, I call, these clowns answer the phone with a bunch of none sense then I get down there and the part was never ordered. Completely Unprofessional. Completely Useless
There is something special about this particular O’Reilly location: the Staff. Unlike at most O’Reilly locations, the employees here are nice, cheerful and helpful.
They have most of what you need. The staff is decent. I've had much worse. The location is really convenient for me and if they don't have something in stock they can usually order it, even over the phone and have it the next day.
Picked up some spark plugs and a boot for one for a 2003 matrix, the technician helped me get the correct parts.
The sales people need to ask more questions to us about the items we need I was there today and they sold me the wrong rack for my car
This place has alot of people working but no one really helps. When they do it's always the wrong part. So I end up having to go back and exchange it
Workers are very friendly. Of course. U know how & where i work. Idk. Maybe. Not Sooo much. LoL. XxOo
Love these guys! Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome service and good prices all the way around!
Absolute worst store. I get welcomed into the store by the manager "hi how can sadly help you today" the employees are always out of uniform, curse and spend time in the back laughing, eating takeout and making customers wait until their done speaking. I've had to drive 20 minutes to the next store to get a part this store says they don't have only to get told that they do. Very untrained with their system. I am not against marijuana either but smoking at the job should be banned. This store is by far the most undesirable oriellys to shop at in all of norcal. This is not just coming from me.
Always helpful and have a loan to use scan tool. ID and ATM or c.f. Required to borrow scanner
