Literally had 4 workers at a time and only one was assisting customers, was waiting in line for the associate to finish a call and a woman comes in grabs one item and he ends up stranding her before the other people in line. Acting as if there is no line, work service did not even acknowledge the line just the one woman.

I needed some tire chains last minute. They had them when Auto Zone and Advanced were sold out. They were helpful and made sure I had what I needed for my car and what I needed to know.

Your teller named Jeja in Vanowen branch gave me hard time in returning a tool I bought. Sent me home to get the credit card I used in buying from your store, told me my card is expired. When I came back, my c.card is not needed. What's going on with her? !

Purchased air filter that was wrong.paid 50 dollars, they did not carry correct filter for my car told me to go to dealer.got my money back, went to auto zone they had it for 25.00 dollars.

It's conveniently located to me. The prices are comparable to PepBoys and such, but my last battery was$20 less here. Their staff are usually super friendly and helpful.

People here are very unprofessional:/
Not sure who the manager is but he/she must get new staff, this is the worse auto parts place to go to. For sure don't talk with rita or juan, they are who were at the store while i visited and it was the worst experience.

Store associates are not knowledgeable in basic auto supplies or accessories. Try another location maybe its just the customer service at this location.

Glenda was so incredibly helpful. She’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped me to order and find the right oil and filters for my car! She’s so helpful and made me feel very confident in my purchase

Placed online order for store pickup, I had to go to the store to get it fullfilled. It would have been faster to go to the store without placing the order online first

The guys there are really helpful. One time I had the guys there going back and forth between the computer and the sales floor showing me parts and answering every question I had.
