O'Reilly Auto Parts, Fresno CA

Only oriellys i go to in fresno.all because changing a battery out of a 2006 vw bug was apparently too much at the other stores. I would have done it myself but i was out of town. And usually i prefer autozone.

O'Reilly is the place if you got to have parts they don't even want to go parts in California trust me on that the best store there is

I've been going to this one for about 4 years. Im a single mom w a truck. They never give me a hard time. Today Humberto helped me with clips for my valance. In the heat with a smile on his face he helped me figure out what I needed. This kind of service goes a long long way with me. I can count on them always! Thanks guys you are the best!

The guy that helped us was very good but they didn't have most of the parts we needed.

Nice staff came out to help us and figured it was the alternator that was going out on the car not that battery. Paid for a new one and rented the tools needed to fix it. Very pleased. Will definitely shop here again.

Tried several times to see if they have a part in stock before driving down there and they leave you on hold for over 15 minutes everytime. Drove to the store and stand there for over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement.very disappointed

Really bad customer service they never answer the phones when you call and when they do your on hold for like 45 min they don’t know how to multi task and there motto is they’ll price match but yet I go in and price match they never do it this place went down a lot after I left this company I know the ins and outs of oreillys but when I try and price match they say they can’t do it but when I worked there my manager said always do it the manger is lazy there also like none of the employees know anything about cars and when you ask for a part they try and argue with you saying no it’s this one when you know what part you want just give the part a person asks for

Sorry didn't go to O'Reilly's. Went to laundry mat. The owner's are very nice and they keep the place clean

Me and my boyfriend just left this location and want to thank the customer service rep "John" for his great service, very satisfied customer.

Went inside the store to buy one item (carb cleaner) and no one wanted to check me out at the register. One of the employees said i had to make line with the rest of the people who were making line for a parts look up. What a waste of time, i only had one item ready to pay and yet i had to make line when there was a long line. Bas service, i don't recommend this place

The staff Didn't want to help me check the codes for my car because it was night time. It was a lie and it was rude and was a waist of time for me.

Great store, they were the only ones in town that carried the part. I drove across town, got good service (and the part), and came home. Large location I feel like this specific location has more parts in stock then any other in town i've been to

I like this place the guys there are extremely nice, courteous, and patient and they really try and help your situation.

If you’re a women don’t expect to get waited on. Stood in line 10 min, I was next in line some guy walks in they waited on him first.
