Fast friendly service. They ordered the parts we needed and they were there next day. They even let you use tools. Please do not fix cars on site as it is not allowed. Lets keep it looking clean.

This place has some AWESOME employees! They ALWAYS help me find what I need and if they don't have it, they order it, usually the next day. Good prices, but even more, AMAZING service!

Its ok for a parts store.but ever since this location changed its employees its gone down in knowledge. A bunch of kids work here now and I'm always receiving the wrong part. Other than that its convenient for me.

Living in Acton always come to this O'Reilly's. It's the closest and usually got everything we need. Also great customer service keep it up guys!

Never thought I’d have to say anything bad about O’Reilly’s but I just met the rudest customer service rep ever his name is jaun and he works at O’Reilly let a dude cut in front of me in line and then helped other people when I was standing in line Told me they were in front of me but they walked in after me The guy wouldn’t even get the manager

When I called to ask about specific item. "m2" die-cast. Lover answered the phone said something In Spanish, then put me on hold but I wasn't completely on hold I could hear him laughing and he kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes I stayed there on purpose waiting for his response one of the other associates picked up the phone and acted like he didn't know what was going on.my feelings were hurt, now, I didn't give a ship but he was an a**

B.s customer service and were rude and found the same part that claimed we won't find anywhere for less and found the same exact part for half of it the part was $32 and only paid $10.92 for both

I ordered a part online and 20 minutes later I get an email saying it’s ready for pickup. I think it’s weird so I call to make sure if it was there or not, they tell me it is. After I ask them to verify what part it was (a starter) they assure me it’s there ready for pick up. Low and behold when I get there and ask for my part IT’S NOT THERE! What a waste of time I didn’t even get an apology after the mistake. All I was told was that it must’ve been another coworker. Wow.

Woulda been 5 star if they had not given me the wrong tire chains 2 times. I had to verify the code on the side with his screen because he was under the impression that I might not need them and could return them if I didnt. Well guess what, I needed them. Please get it right the first time.

Had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Javier was very attentive to my questions about a specific fuse that I needed. Thank you Javier and thank you O'Reilly's for always having what I need for my vehicle.
