7I was driving and my car was loosing power I immediately pulled off fwy and landed at O’Reiilys in Westminster. Alexander was a huge help and professional he cleaned corrosion off battery and changed battery and helped with other concerns w my Lexus so patient and refused a tip. He deserves a promotion or raise over and beyond great customer service.
Customer service is down the line they be overeating over anything and I've always had a hard times with returns in this specific location
Had reasonable priced lug nuts that fit my Chevy Cruze when changing my brakes I noticed that my lug nuts were stripped So I had to replace two tires worth very reasonably priced.
Had to buy new blinker lights fory car and was in and out in under 3 minutes. Fast!
I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts in Westminster today to purchase some frion because my air conditioning system in my car was only blowing hot air. I had no clue beyond buying that what I needed or what to do. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and directed to the area which had what I was looking for. The reason for this review is because Joe (name I saw on the shirt) went above and beyond when he saw the look of confusion on my face. He explained everything to me, showed me the different options, was super informative and even pulled up a video to show me how to do what I needed to do. Because of his help, I was able to accomplish my mission and it saved me money and time on having to take my car in and someone else to do it. Thank you Joe! He really saved the day!
